I went today which was a waste of my Gas to come see some small buds not worth the price. buds looked like they were from the bottom of the tree. budtender was real asf though. mad props for that. I had to walk out and go to SOL FLOWER. I only had intentions to buy from natures but yall got the worst bud ever. you will not get my business nor will I refer anyone to this bs.

Everything! This used to be my favorite spot, until you guys stopped making medical patients a priority. I now will never recommend this dispensary, not will I come back.

I went to nature‘s medicines Glendale today. It is really a beautiful dispensary with lots of people lots of stations you don’t have to wait maybe two orthree minutes. When I got my medical marijuana, the bud tender I think his name was Daniel he’s a young man He really good at what he does. He helped me get a percent of my order for a little less money because it was my first time to this dispensary! Good product.nice people…they go out of their way to help you! this is the place to go!

I bought just flower and not the smalls but that’s what I got extra smalls. Pretty disappointed

so I was confused when I was told canceled...went in to see the line long but busting people out so I waited. owen came to my rescue and made sure I left with just about what I asked for my dude your were awesome and made my night a hell of a lot better thank you very much and keep up the great work 👍

Seriously, wtf happened to this place? You can't keep your menu updated, no test scores on packaging, and your employees and managers have no clue what's going on. Whoever is running this garbage dispensary would be better off driving an ice cream truck.

I love the whole atmosphere and one of the agents at the window is especially nice.. and from the mask up she’s got pretty eyes..👁👁 I’m a big Lucifer fan and when I seen her I thought she favored the character’Eve’😍

I shopped here multiple times a week. Its the only place I get my shatter but the new manager is switching things up and now only doing the shatter bulk deals on random days with a text message letting you know when he feels like it should happen. That’s literally the only thing I purchase from them and now I cant even do that. I smoke way to much to purchase it at the single price. I would buy the bulk deal at least twice a week. Why not have the deal set to one day per week. Sure I get that (frustrating but I get it) but random days? Screw people who work full weeks. Id think twice and extra hard about shopping here with the new manager changes!! Just going to be a change to what made the shop the only one I shopped at.

I usually shop the Phoenix location. The only time I have been to the Glendale location it was late and I did not have time to get in with the long line. Last Saturday (3/20/2021) I ordered delivery from Glendale because of my zip code even though the Phoenix location is closer (about half the distance). I tried to order online but the system would not let me complete it, so I called in about 2:30 p.m. and received a text about ten minutes later saying my order was successfully placed. I called back to add some dry tincture to my order and was told it was confirmed. About 5 p.m. I got another text saying my order was being prepared. At 5:30 I got a text that my order was being scheduled for dispatch. Then a phone call about 6 p.m. and another about 6:30 saying my order was about to go out for delivery about 7:30. Then a text about 8:15 saying the driver was on route that included a tracking app that showed 7 deliveries ahead of me. Each update showed a later ETA. About 11:20 p.m. I got another call from the driver to make sure I was still awake (the previous customer had gone to sleep) and tell me he was about 20 minutes away. I also received a text to the same effect. He arrived about 11:45 and with no receipt and in the dark, I tried to remember and confirm my order 9 hours after placing it. I did not notice until the next morning that I did not get the dry tinctures that were added late to the order. Since I do not have an itemized receipt, I do not know if I was charged for them.

I love the atmosphere and the staff are very helpful. I love the flower and pre rolls the most. I also love that they started offering delivery.

Nature’s Medicine Glendale is hands down an incredible experience overall. The staff is friendly, pick up orders are always ready on time, and it’s very clean! This place is amazing I always have the best experiences here than any other dispensary in Arizona.

gonna be a while before returning despite this being one of my favorite dispensaries. Raising the price like you guys did (60/half to 80/half) has driven away me and many others. what a shame, hope things change back to normal so I can come back.
