Don’t buy Boosted Extracts shatter. It honestly tastes and feels like it wasn’t purged correctly. Incredibly angry that I paid $30 for this.

They leave the door open, so the lobby and in turn the sales floor, has flies and gnats everywhere. They don’t take people in order, I was the only med patient besides one other, and then 3 more show up and they took them before me, for no reason. Another customer in the lobby ran their mouth at me and security had something to say to ME for telling her to mind her business. I remember why I don’t come here. And the sales floor is reeeeeeally cramped. Covid anyone?

Oh where to begin- first the security guard had a very poor attitude- thought it would funny to mess with people who were waiting to pick up orders, and then pulled the ‘it’s just a joke bro’ when I got upset. He then made a huge HIPPA violation by shouting out my last name into his walkie to ‘verify my order’ even though he had already seen my card and my ‘ready’ text. The manager didn’t seem too concerned about the attitude or professionalism of security, and seemed unbothered by a HIPPA violation that could result in fines to the company if pursued. Terrible service, won’t be going back.

They were running a huge BOGO and barely had 2 strains of each concentrate; homeboy was wearing a mask WITH A MOUTH HOLE... come on guys.

It would be really nice if receptionists throughout the industry would start providing actual information over the phone. If I call in and ask if you have a good variety indicas of a certain product and you tell me yes, 2 strains isn’t a ‘good variety’. Especially when the deal is 7/$100, that leaves me either paying full price for two grams of what I *can* smoke, or spending $100 on most of what I *can’t*. Please do better, not all of us can waste the amount of time and money we’re strongarmed into wasting. Michael D was a great budtender though. Friendly and helpful.

Second time I’ve been burned by them not updating Leafly. They stopped carrying all the stuff I like. It’ll be a while before I return.

Haven't even had a chance to go to the location- Nicole (manager) is SO rude and unprofessional its not even funny! I'm disgusted with the rigidity, the lack of understanding and the complete hate in her voice. This is why this dispensary is not worth anything in the valley. Get it together! Your shatter isn't worth this hassle.

You carry NO affordable concentrates. $36/g is still too expensive when there's sales ALL the time everywhere and Organix's mid-range shatter is less than half the price. I used to frequent this store when it was still Nirvana, but Harvest has really put a sour taste in my mouth with these skimpy prices and new patient deals.
