I did a delivery order and I'm not gonna complain on how long it took because I understand that this is not a pizza delivery service but when they call you and they don't have something and you switch it out for something they say they have and then they call back two hours later saying they don't have what you switched for... what is happening to my order and why is the communication between their own staff so shitty. I am pretty disappointed with the way this was handled if you are replacing something don't say you have it without checking that is like rule number one for any business don't say you have something if you aren't looking at it with your own eyes

I come here literally all the time with my dad. The workers here are amazingly nice and the vibe here is so welcoming. The few times they have accidentally messed up, they fix it with a smile on their face! Nicest dispensary i have been to and I have had my card for three years and been to dispensaries in 4 other states!

Came here on 4/20! Workers were very nice and did not wait that long considering the day we went! They are redoing the dispensary so it looks weird now but the deals and the great customer service are worth it! I live in scottsdale and i will definitely make this drive again!

I went here with my friend for our first time on 4/20. Placed an order online after filling out the ftp papers and waited an hour and a half before finding out they lost our papers and the orders never got filled. fixed the first time paper dealio and they texted me that some stuff was out and instead helping me find products that were the same price i was trying to find, they just tried upselling to higher priced items. My friend tried doing the 8/99$ concentrates and in the morning a worker from the dispo said it could be any concentrate because it was supposed to only be shatter but they said concentrates so when she called to replace her order they would not uphold that price even though they said they would in the morning. We were trying to be understanding since it’s the pandemic and 4/20 but people were being helped before us that checked in literally an hour after we got there and the staff did not seem to care that we got lost in the system. I understand things happen like this but there were no apologies or anything (i wouldn’t expect one for waiting a long time or anything, just one for the fact that they messed up). We waited an hour and a half for nothing except for terrible customer service.
