Good service,good weed Not the best atmosphere

I can't give lower that 1 but I would. The Ice Cream Cake purchased on 5/21/21 was the worst batch of flower I have purchased from any dispensary in the time I have had my Medical card. It tasted like dirt weed, and was generally no bueno in all aspects! Sad to say because I loved the Ice Cream Cake cartridge I have had! I will say the service at this dispensary is always friendly and as prompt as they can be. It's not very convenient to now have to check in at one location and go to another building to purchase, especially this time of year.

I was told the percentage was 16% and I got a 9%? I see why they were pushing that flower and why its on sale. get peach freeze if you want weak meds.

this dispensary has gone downhill since opening, the flower is trash as their own tenders have told people they are flushing the product to get it out to sale faster. Their security guard hates medical patients and regularly attempts to engage them in disputes so he can then 86 them. Management is aware and doesn't care. They only care about rec sales as they make more off sales tax. Customer service is unheard of and no accommodations for patients. I can't be I fought for trumed to send their product to this trash dispo, do yourself a favor and go Trumed, Herbal wellness center. Jars or literally anywhere but this place. I'm sure this review will be taken down as this dispo pays leafy lots of money to take bad reviews down and also to promote their dispo ✌

First time to Oasis and was not disappointed. Very beautiful location and friendly staff. They had the quality products I was looking for and at reasonable prices.

Nice Variety of flower and one of the few dispensaries that still honor their 1st time patient deal. Very helpful and friendly staff. I was in an out. 7 minutes tops!! Can't wait to see what this place turns into when they have their Grand Opening!!

Best dispensary ever

I like the flower & how clean & new this location is. But I didn’t like how there BOGO flower deal is limited. By this I mean you can only get the same kind of flower u ordered for ur eighth. & they only have one option if u don’t want the same kind for ur extra eighth. What that’s not stated,anywhere online or in this location. False advertising & Unorthodox protocol

Hi just want to say this a super friendly knowledgeable staff I believed I worked with T my first visit and Conner my last visit (tonight at 9:30) both were very cool ,personable ,and warm hearted the whole staff really goes out of the way making you feel welcome and at home shop is super clean great vibes ! I use to love this place. I have medical card, since legalization prices have gone up and the items I like are sold out...

The selection is great, the budtenders are always knowledgeable. Courtney, my budtender tonight went above and beyond. I'm immune compromised and called the dispensary to see if I could pick up my order tomorrow because the number of other patients waiting. Courtney said not a problem stay in your car and I'll bring it out to you. So kind!

Very friendly staff also answered all my questions and pointed me in to the flower that would best help me.

I took a friend in for the first time and had our green bubble popped. Went in for flower and shatter. Instead of what we wanted our budtender decided to second guess us and said Oh you should try this. My friend didnt advocate for himself and we both were sold things that DID NOT work for pain or ptsd! I feel I wasted my money and time because I SPECIFICALLY went to your location for certain products. Do you do refunds???? sad day for me !!!!

Great deals but unfortunately Oasis Glendale sent me over $100 of the wrong product and refused to deliver the correct product. The associates were extremely rude on the phone, particularly Katrina, I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or if the management at this location is just that horrific. Thankfully the delivery service had another dispensary send me the correct items. On two other separate occasions I received open packages from Oasis Glendale with some of the edibles missing. I spoke with two different associates who confirmed they were aware of an issue with customers receiving already opens edibles. I’m not sure if the AZ dept of health services will actually do anything, so please be aware and do not shop at this location.

This was my first and last visit to this location. Reception lost my ID and then completely denied they did not give it back to me. Meanwhile, their top flight security doofus is brow-beating me like I'm some sort of criminal. After several minutes, they retraced their steps and found my ID and refused to apologize for their error. I drove past several dispesaries to give them a shot. Lesson learned.

The entire experience was excellent. Polite, attentive, and knowledgeable staff combined with the best cannabis makes for a go-to for me . My bud tender, Tavaris, also known as T, was super helpful and polite. Thanks Oasis!

i liked that my tender was very friendly. asked me how i was doing. instead of what do you want or looking for good vibes. awesome vapen 300mg syrup fire strains for flower ect. this place out of phx dispo. curaleaf and valley of the sun. is by far the best dispansary i have been too in PHX az. thanks oasis.

Very close location to my house Everyone was so nice . Flower I would highly recommend , face off . First time here it was great and that definitely was a good strain !!

This place looked really cool and the staff were super friendly, they let me hold off on my FTP Special I still took advantage of the daily specials that Face Off is not joke! can’t wait to see what other vendors you guys bring in, I’ll be back!
