If you read a one star review it’s because this person had their panties in a bunch before they even arrived. I have never witnessed such incredible HUMANITY in my life by a group of individuals who aren’t being compensated fairly enough for their investment in the health and wellness of their community to provide patients with their medicine during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the staff here, and their patience with truly impatient humans. I was a Baltimore City Public School teacher for 7 years and my kindergarteners behaved far better than some of the customers I witnessed. Shoutout to all of the folks who are continuing to show kindness in the face of extreme anxiety and overwhelm. Hugs to the StoreHouse community, wish I was able to give them in person! Someday I will!

Experienced my first curbside purchase due to the COVID-19 pandemic, everything went quickly and smoothly. I would expect nothing less from this amazing staff! Curbside was easy, communication with the budtender was still clear and professional and I did not have any sanitation concerns (due to the COVID-19). Highly recommend this amazing shop!

I was having some issues with some cartridge is leaking. It was simply bad luck but it happened a couple times they did a great job and help me very much and I would highly recommend going to this location! lots of great deals at storehouse!

This is my go to dispensary since it’s in my area where I reside. I love the special $25 strains but my tolerance is way high so I just wish that the storehouse would provide better pricing on premium flowers. I also buy evermore flower at storehouse and I don’t like when I get it in a package. Instead I’ll go to The Livingroom Dispensary and buy evermore flower and it comes in the original jar sealed!! That’s the way to do it!

Pick up was horrible and very unorganized!! And staff and security had me driving from both parking lot very annoyed!!!

I placed an order thru leafy.com, the order was confirmed and ready for pick up. I then went to pick up my order which was suppose to be ready but when I got there they sold my flower and were sold out. I placed the order thru leafy so that it would be held until I picked it up.

Storehouse provides one of the best experiences there is in today's market. Budtenders are super knowledgeable, prices are great, and the shop is very easy to get to with plenty of parking. Not to mention online ordering through Weedmaps and Leafly and a no-fee ATM on premises.

I like the Professionalism of the Budtenders

We can all agree that life has gotten a little crazy, when I got to storehouse I had an issue or two , could have been me or them but either way the manger came out and spoke with me kindly and it honestly made me feel a lot better! Let’s all take a deep breath and enjoy the places that are still open!

In the past i have been a lil tough on yall...and rightfully so....But i must applaud the changes...both in staff and products/daily deals....very well organized....and nice folks helping with the curside service...The security guard today...big fella...and all the other folks securing the area...in the street stopping traffic to facilitate the smooth service in the midst of all this kaos....the man today..really needs a raise !!!!... Did i say PRO..FESION..AL !!!! i worry for they're safty.....i insist i back out by myself...... STAY WELL...TY AGAIN

Everyone very helpful during Covid

Terrible service. Inefficient and poorly managed. Shuffling cars around is silly and takes forever. Leave the patients stationary and come to them. It will make things a lot easier. Also, taking people ahead of others who were there first because they complain is gross and doesn’t look good. Took over an hour for a pickup. Unacceptable.

curb pickup is the slowest dispensary in baltimore. one tender for everyone I checked in and I'm waiting a good 1/2 hour and still no product

My buddy suggested visiting the Store House yesterday, and for a first time customer I was surprised at how easy an experience it would be. First, the bud tenders were very friends and helpful. The store was also well put together and tidy. I ended up leaving with an 8th of Blueberry Skunk, recommended by the staff, and am very happy with the rich blueberry smell, quality of flower, taste, and uplifted feeling after smoking. I only just received my card yesterday and am very new to this side of the industry; however Store House made it an easy and successful trip.
