I LOVE the employees! Every time I am there they warmly greet me & always friendly! When they had downtime everyone was disinfecting counters & doors! I am so thankful for all you guys do for me!
Not good customer service to allow people to place orders online, fill the order, send text message saying order is ready, drive 40 minutes for them to tell you we won't be able to get to you before 6pm so we canceled your order. I used to love this place but this really put a bad taste in my mouth!
My son in law was impressed that the budtender who came to the car knew me by name. I wasn't tho! I come here a few times a week for the $35 gram of Cresco shatter. Love this patient daily deal it keep's me well with the lil budget I have a month to work with. So, yes this is my main dispensary. I wish they carried vivant atomizer vaults and evolab batteries/use cord charger; maybe one day soon. So, I can get all my smoking needs from one place. Always be my go to place.
I am happy I came to store house. Josh was my tech and he was awesome. Ana helped out and the receptionist was super friendly and made on boarding easy. Great job with covid precautions masks social distancing plexiglass separators. Great job!
I really like the inexpensive prerolls and 1/8ths. the "bring a friend" discount is also great! I'd love to see the list of discount 1/8ths online. one of my go to locations
I really love storehouse ,its my go to place and it's not that close to me but they're always trying to make it easier to get what you need and they are always polite and quick :)
I have been coming to this dispensary for over a year as a medical patient. Their hours are 10am-9:00pm tonight, but I was told at 8:46pm I couldn't come in without a preorder and I also couldn't put one in now and proceed to get the 1/8 i wanted. I wasted 30 minutes driving there after working 12 hours because theres only a FEW places open until 9pm a Sunday. So UPDATE YOUR HOURS to show you close at 8:45pm, UNLESS YOU HAVE A PREORDER. Now I have no weed at all because I have no time to make it to another dispensary that actually wants business in 10 minutes. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADVERTISED SO YOU DON't WASTE PEOPLES TIME, GAS AND ENERGY. I'm extremely dissappointed in the lack of customer service when there were NO customers and a staff member actually taking the trash out. The other staff members were sitting there so I don't understand why I couldn't purchase the product I wanted if there were 14 minutes until the closing time. Lost a customer.
The staff is very patient and knowledgeable about how the products can relate to one individualized needs for health and wellness. I have used this dispensary twice already and the staff has been extremely welcoming and helpful with first timers. The store is managed well and very clean. They offer various modes to collect your purchase. It’s not close to me at all I have to drive 20 mins out the way from my home location but it’s well worth the service I get. Thank you to the Storehouse Staff!
both concentrates were stored upside down, all over inside of lid. 2 different companies, so it's storehouse not manufacturer. learn how to store your dabs.
