I had a bate and switch done yesterday at this location. Beware of thr 25 savings, they tend to run out but have the same product more expensive by the same grower. Strain and MMCC geting a call thats illegal.

I really love this place. However, it’s so f***ing selfish of you to tell patients they can’t use their points on a sale item. Do you not realize that some of us actually need this shit to function, even when we’re in a pinch? Probably won’t even waste my time going back, which sucks. But I’d rather get points somewhere I can use them on anything that I need to. Stop being money hungry and actually think about the patients.

The staff wasn’t very welcoming today! From the time I got there til I left! Costumer service classes might help!

First time at Storehouse, had to ask for the 1st time 20 percent off. Also, the total was about 300 and they took off like 20 bucks, not twenty percent. Also got a disposable vape, the glass was cracked. For 45$ that kinda sucks. Will not return as a customer.

Trying to turn into, and turn out of a tiny dirt/gravel parking lot to/from Falls road is very difficult. The front desk associate greeted me with a smile, and was very warm & welcoming. The associate that packed up my order, who was also training a new guy, was not so friendly. She didn't believe me, and was confrontational when I said the price on Weedmaps for an 1/8th, and the price printed in the binder on their counter didn't match their "official" digital price board until she checked with a manager (Phil?) to confirm their prices were not consistent. And most Dispensaries generally give better than a 10% discount for 1st time patients. I don't see myself going back.

Why put in an online order if 1. They don’t get it ready until you leave there and 2. They don’t put aside what you ordered so it runs out by the time you get there. Waited 30 minutes AFTER putting in an online order and they ran out of what I already ordered. This happens ( the long, long wait) every time. I think I’m done. Maggie’s, here I come.

great quick service

They lure you in with the emails and texts about amazing deals that sell out in 45 minutes. I actually visited here months ago and told myself I wouldn’t return, but now that is pretty much concreted. Because they didn’t have their special any longer, I decided to get an 1/8 of something else and a preroll. The weed from the 1/8 tastes like burnt sticks and I’ve already dug our a few seeds. The weed itself is practically shake—I even have leaf in it!! If you’re selling this kind of garbage weed at least sell me buds and not shake at bud prices. Last time I’ll be here and I’ll be sure to talk to my MANY friends that have their card.

I’ve been a customer here for a while. Product quality and pricing is always good, but they still haven’t figured out curbside service. I’ve ordered for pickup several times since the lockdown and it just takes too long. Not sure what purpose the preorder serves because it’s not like it’s packed and waiting when you arrive. Also the THC % quoted on Leafly is often higher than what you actually get. Gonna have to check out other dispensaries.

After going in without my reading glasses, budtender sold me a high CBD product for my son. I was very specific as I am a caregiver and take his needs seriously. When I called back within hours the two “managers” would not let me exchange or credit the opened product that I had just bought. Poor quality of training for staff and poor service by management to lose a repeat customer over a mistake and a $35 sale.

They’ve dramatically inflated the prices of concentrates. Live resin does not cost producers any more than cured resin and is not inherently a superior product. Unfortunately storehouse has fallen under the wings of Evermore, our favorite cop owned lobbyist company working to keep the prices inflated and the market closed in MD. I doubt the people who work at storehouse have the cognitive capacity to self-reflect on their impact, but I doubt they care either. I felt exploited with your “35$ a gram” rip off ‘deal’ for shatter. I will happily be purchasing my live resin and shatter from the multiple dispensaries who charge literally 50% of what storehouse asks for. I bet everyone at storehouse to max out their limit just to wipe of the slime from their extortion scheme. I’ve been a customer for over two years and spent over 2000$ here. Gladly moving on.

I came to Storehouse this week with a friend for the first time. This dispensary was awesome! Our budtender MEL took an HOUR to talk with us about terpenes and concentrates which neither of us had tried. I bought some and I love it!! I have never had a dispensary take the time to talk with me for this long or had someone EDUCATED on the terpenes as well as she was and her coworker which was very impressive! I definitely will be back!!

Storehouse is my go-to dispensary - not only because they have my favorite carts (Cresco LLR), but because of many reasons. Instead of long, run-on sentences, here's a list: - The staff is kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable - They stock excellent products and reliably have new strains on a regular basis - Their prices are very competitive with surrounding dispensaries - Aforementioned affordable prices do not reflect lower quality product - Daily deals on the regular. Reliably have eighths in the $25-35 range, which is appreciated - yet still allow you to pick up something special if that's what you're looking for (wide menu on a spectrum of prices) - Aesthetically, I findthe shop is pleasing. Mature and minimalistic in appearance, it looks both respectable - yet still welcoming - Ample parking, however, pulling in and pulling out of the parking lot can prove frustrating - given the shops location All in all, if you haven't yet found "your" dispensary, I'd recommend checking out Storehouse, it's great.

Great dispensary, Patrick took the time to talk with me about RSO and terpenes. Really cool atmosphere. A bit out of my way, but will definitely be back!!

They took an hour to get the stuff when I ordered online an hour ahead. This is my 4th time going and each time the wait is always longer than other dispensaries in MD

Already left a review previously about this location but since it’s now become my go-to these past month I felt it was worthy of a second review! What I think is MOST comforting about this location in todays climate is the express window more or less in the lobby of the location for convenience and seamless transactions. You can still go in the back area to use the restroom or ATM which is I find most accommodating! Points system is clutch as I find dispensaries that employe these are the ones I frequent the most! Legendary patient experience all the way around!

Saturday 4pm. 5 people waiting....1 budtender.....smfh....then the budtender tried to keep my change....when i realized i hadnt gotten my change....he played dumb...but yet had my change sitting to the side....this was AFTER he tried doing the math in his head....like he didnt remeber...lol. scam artists !!!

I really enjoy the atmosphere and the cheap deals on weed below 15% but the service has taken a very concerning fall. I have been a customer since this dispensary opened and have enjoyed the friendly faces who work there but the management seems to not understand how to remedy mistakes. I have twice pre-ordered high-testing strains and twice I have been told that they are out of the strain. The first time I was not informed until I drove 30 minutes to the store and I was offered a significantly lower testing strain that had the opposite makeup of terpenes that what I had ordered. The second time I was not even offered an alternative. I am very disappointed at the way my cases have been handled.

First off, can I just say how I love that Storehouse opens at 8 am? Super convenient; esp since everything in my area opens at 11 am ! I drive 26 mins to get here. Secondly i ordered online and my bud tender was Christopher. What an absolute pleasure! Amazing customer service! He went out of his way to explain a product I was interested in (a new battery). He made my day, so personable and knowledgeable. Third, the prices are the best around. Totally worth the drive . Will return, and recommend to everyone. Thank you STOREHOUSE. Thank you Christopher!

I can't say much for the atmosphere here due to the CORONAVIRUS and not being able to go inside.... but I can say it is very well organized for doing all sales curbside. As for the products purchased I am beyond happy with everything I ordered. The best thing is that they got everything correct in my order unlike some other places when it comes to online ordering for pickup. HAPPY 420 TO ALL

Fast and easy

Storehouse is false advertising online. I ordered a strain that was listed online as 15%. I didn’t even think to check the THC content before leaving. When I got home I discovered it was only 11%. I was already pissed having to settle for 15% but to pull a bait and switch is unethical.
