my first time here. went in for their $30 deals. The girl with the blue hair not only rushed me, seen me go to the atm, no fee reimbursement, first time patient, I did not receive my 10% discount. I paid $60 for 2 1/8ths. The gentleman at the front was very nice and helpful. probably will never be back unless they have some meds I have never had at dirt cheap prices.

Review 2/2- reading some of these reviews I’m honestly not even surprised that some of you guys just can’t be happy. They have it written Clear as day no orders 15 min before closing, If you can’t read that sounds like a you problem not a dispensary problem. Also when you go to the grocery store and they don’t have your favorite yogurt in stock, do you write a complaint same thing things get sold out people like them. You can’t get mad because you didn’t get there in time. Lol anyways still the best dispensary love you guys!!

Staff is always helpful and pleasant ! My order is always process quickly so that it’s ready when I arrive !!

Extremely slow service with no system of which customer came fist so you may sit in you car first for someone to come to the car to get your card then you wait for what I timed 15 minutes for someone to bring your online order out. Terrible parking.

First off, can I just say how I love that Storehouse opens at 8 am? Super convenient; esp since everything in my area opens at 11 am ! I drive 26 mins to get here. Secondly i ordered online and my bud tender was Christopher. What an absolute pleasure! Amazing customer service! He went out of his way to explain a product I was interested in (a new battery). He made my day, so personable and knowledgeable. Third, the prices are the best around. Totally worth the drive . Will return, and recommend to everyone. Thank you STOREHOUSE. Thank you Christopher!

I placed my first online order through your dispensary and i get there to find out the product was sold out the day before. This information came directly from one of your female budtender. So im wondering why it was still listed if sold out. She proceeds to tell me i got a text, which is actually deceiving because it said my pick up was ready and to follow a link..i was actually driving to you after i received the ready text. So in the store explaining that Gorilla Glue was sold out i was offered a product that was less quality . Very disappointed i wasted gas only to not purchase anything....

Saturday 4pm. 5 people waiting....1 budtender.....smfh....then the budtender tried to keep my change....when i realized i hadnt gotten my change....he played dumb...but yet had my change sitting to the side....this was AFTER he tried doing the math in his head....like he didnt remeber...lol. scam artists !!!

Great dispensary, Patrick took the time to talk with me about RSO and terpenes. Really cool atmosphere. A bit out of my way, but will definitely be back!!

They took an hour to get the stuff when I ordered online an hour ahead. This is my 4th time going and each time the wait is always longer than other dispensaries in MD

I really enjoy the atmosphere and the cheap deals on weed below 15% but the service has taken a very concerning fall. I have been a customer since this dispensary opened and have enjoyed the friendly faces who work there but the management seems to not understand how to remedy mistakes. I have twice pre-ordered high-testing strains and twice I have been told that they are out of the strain. The first time I was not informed until I drove 30 minutes to the store and I was offered a significantly lower testing strain that had the opposite makeup of terpenes that what I had ordered. The second time I was not even offered an alternative. I am very disappointed at the way my cases have been handled.

Storehouse is false advertising online. I ordered a strain that was listed online as 15%. I didn’t even think to check the THC content before leaving. When I got home I discovered it was only 11%. I was already pissed having to settle for 15% but to pull a bait and switch is unethical.

My buddy suggested visiting the Store House yesterday, and for a first time customer I was surprised at how easy an experience it would be. First, the bud tenders were very friends and helpful. The store was also well put together and tidy. I ended up leaving with an 8th of Blueberry Skunk, recommended by the staff, and am very happy with the rich blueberry smell, quality of flower, taste, and uplifted feeling after smoking. I only just received my card yesterday and am very new to this side of the industry; however Store House made it an easy and successful trip.

Was not happy about the 27% thc Sunshine #4 today at all!!!! And it’s on sale but there is no way this has 2.75% terps. And I doubt it’s even close to 27%. Maybe I should be blaming Sunneds for this garbage? The buds are so small worst than LARF bud! Shwagg is the only way I can describe this it should definitely be sold with the $20 shake eighths! I’m upset for the first time since getting my card 2 years ago. Messed up my Friday night!

Storehouse provides one of the best experiences there is in today's market. Budtenders are super knowledgeable, prices are great, and the shop is very easy to get to with plenty of parking. Not to mention online ordering through Weedmaps and Leafly and a no-fee ATM on premises.

Went here for my first time at a dispensary today. Everyone was super nice, patient and knowledgeable and took the time to explain both the process and the products to me. The space is gorgeous and overall I had a great experience!

I like the Professionalism of the Budtenders

they are not here for their patients during this crisis they are shutting down 2 hours early because of the virus and then turning patients away 45 minutes before they close so they can make sure they're out the door 2 hours before the normal closing time I thought they were shutting down 2 hours early so that they could clean up because of the virus not so they can be out the door 2 hours early so as a patient who frequents there several times a week I was turned away 15 minutes before they closed and was told they had been stopped taking patients for almost a half an hour now so that would have meant they were stopping accepting patients 45 minutes before they close 2 hours early to do extra cleaning but they couldn't accept any patients because they wanted to have everything cleaned up and be out the door by 6 all they offered me was a discount card I need my medication for the night since I got off work a little late but was still able to make it there I thought before they closed thanks everyone

Everyone here is great. This is my neighborhood dispensary. They have a great selection. They are knowledgeable. During this stressful time they made pickup simple and friendly. Thanks for being there for all of us!

So quick and efficient. I always shop here but was very apprehensive with everything going on. But online delivery and curbside pick up made it so easy!
