This place is extra slow for no reason. The excessively talky tenders just slow down the moment of an already slow process. After you make your order you then have to continue to wait an additional 10 minutes to get what you ordered. If it wasn’t for low prices and the occasional deal I like, I would never come here. They need to visit a few local dispensaries and see how it’s actually done.

I’m sorry but after receiving your email with updated prices I’m done with this place. They had the best popcorn around, and it was priced fairly. They seem to have taken that popularity too far cause now they think they can charge way more than before. You guys messed that up, totally misread your business guys

Really nice Dispensary but I'm not sure of the meds I got, the flower has an almost "metallic" undertone to the smell, like it leaves a chemical taste in my mouth. I also picked up 4 cartridges and 2 of them say 'Select Elite' but the boxes were blank with no info? They told me it was just a labeling issue but idk, now I'm really worried about these meds. Sort of afraid to keep using them.

This place has the worst customer service!!! I have never been so rushed at a dispensary before. The guy was very rude had a shit Attitude and was not helpful at all!! It was my first time there and I will never go back. If I’m spending a good amount of money at this place the least I could get is some Respect! F this place!

way too loud inside. out of zkittles half oz. at 3pm for the GS drop. got everything 30% off. probably will never come back due to the crowdedness of the dispensary. had to open my bag to make sure I got the right stuff they did not show me before they stapled my bag. first time here

The parking lot is not paved well and when I went in for my second time they would let me use my 30% percent off of popcorn makes sense I thought I made the mistake and didn’t see it but no they never actually posted it on website this place is a bait and switch don’t recommend

Store name doesn't match the vibes/"brand" name Sol Flower. Not a pleasant experience, ingenuine. Owner or shop worker guards the place like a commandant. Bad vibes all around. You may not want to come here.

Heather is the best, super nice and incredibly knowledgeable! Everyone is really open and kind, which is kinda rare nowadays. I send everyone I can here, the customer service makes it above and beyond all other spots in the valley.

I placed my online order and got confirmation. I showed up to pick up my order, and 5 people who checked in AFTER I did, got to cash out while I waited for over 30 minutes to pick up my pre order. They need to get a better system together or something, because that is ridiculous

My Bud tender was lost looking for samples of flower. Very little of anything in stocks. Horrible 1st time patient special and over just the worst dispo I've been to so far.

It was my second time here in about 2 years and terrible experience. They don’t allow you to look at their flower before purchasing it and it’s testing really low. Luckily I only drove 10 min. Searching for somewhere else to shop now.

I have never seen such a debacle. Had to wait in line for a leafly order for over 30 minutes. Maybe ramp up personale before you have a sale and ask people to order online!?!?! I come here often and this will be the last.

Service is terrible they are rude they don’t know how to operate the constantly will mark you or they will hang up in your face when you’re trying to just get a simple answer to a question the receptionist is very rude they make you wait outside in 100° weather no dispensary on Arizona territory does that so I hope you guys feel miserably and I hope nobody visit you guys because you will certainly be disappointed the return rate is next to zero was my second time coming and then I realize why I didn’t come before I don’t think an online order will speed anything up in fact an online order or make things slower for you so be very careful it’s a backwards system I would recommend never going here again

I like the lower prices but I don't like that the budtender was not wearing a mask when helping me or the person before me.

was disappointed to find out the 180 gold ounces was limited to certain strains, was even more upset to learn that sol didn't feel the need to list that in their deal. is money really worth tricking patients?

I see a lot of other people feel the same way. I used to think that this place was the best too, slowly everything started to change and everything became really expensive. Look at how much everything is ! It has gotten ridiculous. They even took the discount away for online orders. I dont like them anymore at all and I tell everybody. The budtender attitude there is something to laugh at on top of it. I believe the customer service was lacking anyway. I'm not going there anymore.

Leafly displayed pricing not honored by this dispensary. I drove 14 miles only one told the pricing was wrong. The buds were old, dry, and brown. Buyer beware of bait and switch pricing.

worst service I've had. The security guards or line attendants need to know what their doing. I waited about an hour for an online order only to be told I have to wait in another line because I was a first time patient. picking up flower shouldn't be this difficult and stressful.

How is this one of the best places in the valley but you can’t even view the flower you buy. Tell me how that works. Can’t look at the quality or anything just pick and they will package and send you on your way smh

I’ve been coming here for a long time. And now that rec started, as a patient, i have to wait in the same line with a bunch of people looking to just get high. Its too bad you didn’t reserve online ordering for med patients. It took 6 hours for my order to be ready and this is probably the last time ill be here. Sad day.
