Go elsewhere if you’re a medical card patient. Their own product was ok but it was always the specials that kept me coming back. The specials are totally gone. This place is trying to cater more towards overpriced recreational product. Adios Sol!

Was planning my first visit today. Not any more! No first time patient deals in fact no deals at all. And considering it is copperstate garbage you should be paying us, to take it off your clearly greedy hands! Good luck with those sales🙄

SOL got rid of all there Cartridge deals They had them 3 days ago. The salesperson told me today no more Timeless Cartridge deal & they aren't doing anymore Cartridge deals unless it a bogo for like copperstate. Definitely just lost my business & the business of my 12 friends I just messaged with the info. Great Business Decision Sol... NOT!!!

have been coming to Sol for over a year. They always had good bud and even through the beginning of the pandemic they still offered great deals and decent herb. Which is what brought me here in the first place. There are NO deals for med patients any longer, the flower is super DRY and now they don't offer anything other than eighths on the bud, unless you pay $125 for crap tiny supposed to be top top notch bud that was super dry and tiny popcorn! I bought 2 of the $125 halves and tried for the last time the popcorn bud half for $70. Well over $350 and ALL CRAP! The only good about my LAST visit to Sol wa a bud tender turned me on to a free pre-roll. That was the only cool experience from this last visit. That's the only reason I gave 2 stars for service. Honestly the McClintock location used to be my fo to spot even though I live in Chandler. Now then people are rude, the product sucks and no specials.. NO THANKS! I hope the people running this place realize that there is competition and they cant Solely count on rec patients. Time will tell but until.they make some major changes, I will never refer my friends to SOL or give you another penny! See ya Sol! What a JOKE!!! GREEDYmfs!!!

Bad business, No loyalty towards Medcard holders!!

This place was on my way home so sometimes I would sometimes stop. Deals are average, but it doesn't seem personal at all. Havent had good customer service, it seems like they are trying to get me in and then get me right out. Not efficient.

I’m not really a “post a review” type of person but after I called to ask about a deal the person who answered had attitude and spoke as if I was stupid I felt I should express my disappointment. The pricing for the strains in stock (if they ever have a strain in stock) isn’t all that affordable..The bud tenders even look like they hate it there sometimes lol

Well. No priority for medical. They have patients outside in hot & cold weather now. State laws are not being followed & the lovely girl has an attitude at time of opening. As a medical patient all my paperwork and ID’s have been up to date since my first visit, last year. Otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to come in from day one. Slowly becoming one of the rudest dispensaries.

Horrible first time experience there. You have to spend $100 to receive the first time patient deal. Website is not updated wanted $185 for 6% thc flower that's their gold tier. Never will I be back. Would give them no stars if I could walked out bought nothing.

Just so you're aware, getting rid of your daily deals and $70 half ounces was probably the worst decision you could of ever made business wise. I get you're banking on Prop 207 and recreational making you more money in the long run but being as there are currently 80+ adult use dispensaries in the valley that all sell the same products you do, getting rid of the ONLY thing that set you apart from everyone else means now you're just another building that sells weed. You continue to favor recreational users over the medical patients who literally built your company and best bet you'll continue to lose thousands is business each week.

Had a couple friends refer me here several months back. I was sold after my first visit! Great deals on half ounces that were actually pretty dang good quality. UNTIL, I came here 3 weeks ago and they sold me the SHITTIEST, driest, worst flower ever. For $135 freaking dollars, telling me it was “SO worth the up charge.” My bad for even falling for that. I smoked better shit in high school LOL. They took all the deals away, and really declined overall in my opinion. Not much courtesy to med patients. Myself along with many others are onto the next. Another dispensary who raised their prices and got greedy. I used to get $70 1/2, not anymore. Bring back pricing for Medical Patients!

Used to come here for 70$ halfs but they stoped doin that they could at least do it for med patients still but what ever dont come here

They’ve progressively taken away a lot of the good deals and at the same time raised the price on a lot of products. Not a good look, used to come here every week and now I won’t be back

The set up for check out here is completely stupid! Why have me pick out what I want and then have to sit down and wait for someone to "bag it up" at the register!? Then when I got to the register the cashier was more worried about the lady before mw that was making a return than forcusing on getting me checked out! It is over 100 degrees outside and I have family waiting in the car! definitly DO NOT plan on going back here!

Super high quality, great staff. I'm also genuinely impressed on how well the buds are trimmed. Most places there's usually SOME kind of water leaf or sugar leaf still on. Not here. Perfectly trimmed, every single bud. Lots of free stuff on my first visit too. Decided to give this place a shot since they showed up as new... Was well worth the trip. Give these guys a shot first before you go to your usual place, you definitely won't regret it.

Biggest issue with this place is their lack of commitment to their weekly deals. They change them on a whim so you can't plan anything out then when you ask why they changed all they say is its a "typo" which is horse shit.

Went in to for the first time to use my BOGO on flower. I tried getting two Tru Infusion strains. The young lady told me that is not allowed. Instead of being better on customer service and suggesting what 8ths do qualify she just flat out says I can’t do that. Well needless to say I haven’t been back since that experience. I tell all my friends to avoid that place now. Power to the patients! Not every dispensary deserves our business.

I went to the McClintock Sol as a FTP since they’re open later (10pm) vs the University location (only open til 8pm.) Liked the flower but not the way they have everything in back out of sight & sniffing range so you can’t see or smell what you’re gonna get until it’s paid for & too late to change your mind. No way to choose meds based on anything other than name of strain or product.

Beware of any place that takes down accurate ratings just because they dont agree with you. Had an issue and they really compensated me but still treated me like trash for their mistake. Their motto is we have deals so we can treat you like trash. I said this place would top after the deals on popcorn and its showing. I dont expect this post to last long either
