Sol Flower - Tempe - McClintock (MED/REC)

First time here was a great experience. My bud tender Logan was very helpful and had all the information i needed to know about the products. I would recommend this place for sure.

Great deals, nice employees, easy online ordering. They've been very careful about masks and distancing ever since covid started too which is nice for people who are worried about that.

I never leave reviews, but this place messed up so bad so many times in just one visit. It was my first time and I got an online order. I had to wait outside for 45 minutes, only for the management to talk back when I was asking why there was a problem. He claimed I went over on my allotment, but then I checked when I got home, I wasn’t over. I would’ve still had an ounce in my allotment after that purchase. This man was completely wrong on what he was saying and cost me almost a full hour of waiting for a problem that didn’t even exist. He kept saying I couldn’t add to my order because it was an online order, but I was only changed stuff because they claimed I reached my allotment. I get things are weird with the the virus going around (this was March 23rd from 1:10 - 2), but this was clearly not an effective way to run a business. Huge waste of time for no reason at all. On top of that, the prerolls I ended up getting tasted gross.

I referred a patient to Sol and accompanied them to the dispensary. I checked in with the person at the window, he scanned my card, asked me what "free" preroll I would like, which I replied and told him what I wanted. The patient I referred and I waited to be called to place our orders. She received her order AND her "free preroll". I was not. The manager came out and told me I was not entitled to one. I checked with my referral who did in fact receive her preroll and went back and again asked for the manager. He again, told me I had to do an online order to receive the free preroll. After attempting to explain to him that what he was saying made absolutely no sense as I had come to the dispensary with my referral, she received the free preroll but I did not? How so? Rude VERY high young manager. I will never go to this dispensary again. (the one in Sun City is fabulous!).As the saying goes "give good customer service to your customers, you will get a few referrals.Give bad customer service, and they will tell 20 people". I will tell everyone.

Customer service is awesome, people are friendly and professional. The guy was able to add something on the spot to my online order. However, quality can definitely be upgraded. The house prerolls are basically keif, non-smokable/running since there’s not enough airflow thru the keif powder. I paid $15/g for a gram of King’s Banner that should’ve been $10/g...

Sol Tempe came in soo clutch when a different dispo I placed an order with, whom shall remain nameless, didnt notify me they were closing early and I didnt find out until I pulled up into their parking lot. Thank you Sol Tempe 💓

Sol flower is my go to. I can order online & most everytime I am in & out, which I love. Being able to grab & go after a long day a work is awesome. Oh I love the deals plus staff is really cool & I am always greeted with good vibes. Love ya Sol <3

I had Sid as my bud tender & he was absolutely awesome. The dispensary is great & works in an efficient & timely manner. Staff is awesome. Bud is awesome. I like the way everything is set up. I would definitely recommend.

This was my first time at this location so I got the first time buyers deal which was outstanding! Better than any other dispensary I've been to; buy one get one free X2 plus a cartrage! Not only that, the quality was far better than what I've seen and they seemed very knowledgable on all they're products, I highly recommend this dispensary.

Just opened, super clean and welcoming

2nd time visit like a week ago, Nate was the tender again. The energy and people are way nice. I really liked that Chronic Thunder cart from copperstate. I went in for the Grape Ape, but it was gone, I was too late. hope that strain swings in again soon. The AZNF Sour Punch was alright. I always enjoy commerce city kush. tropic thunder was decent as well. I always glass my buds because fresh doesn't always mean finished. a few days later, all the buds taste so much better and smell more potent. Load your bowl, enlighten your Sol.
