I was treated like trash for no reason Alexandra one of the heads of the store apparently started YELLING at me for the mistake they made. THEY EVEN TOLD ME this is our mistake we have to fix and can only fix when the manager is in. I RODE MY BIKE and its boiling out so I said id wait.. when I told her id wait for it to be resolved then she started freaking out which I'm still confused as to why.. asking me why I'm arguing .. when I agreed to wait until its resolved .. im gonna leave it at 5 stars because the manager and store as a whole deserves it but wow I am in UTTER disbelief going through what I just did

Service is terrible they are rude they don’t know how to operate the constantly will mark you or they will hang up in your face when you’re trying to just get a simple answer to a question the receptionist is very rude they make you wait outside in 100° weather no dispensary on Arizona territory does that so I hope you guys feel miserably and I hope nobody visit you guys because you will certainly be disappointed the return rate is next to zero was my second time coming and then I realize why I didn’t come before I don’t think an online order will speed anything up in fact an online order or make things slower for you so be very careful it’s a backwards system I would recommend never going here again

MATHEW FERGUSON THE MANAGER has RE RESPECT for himself. Or people that dont look like him. The issue is he sets the example, the bud tenders are ALL awesome. He is a RUDE attitude driven POWER hungry mindset that he thinks, because he has that bit of authority HE CREATES PROBLEMS, he was called over to push his code then enter. But questions me? He is never smiling I’m not sure what he has agains people like me but i never paid much attention. I have NEVER had an issue until this passed week when HARVEST sent me a FREE 8th coupon. I gave them the physical and showed the email sent FROM HARVEST Yet they kept questioning its legitimacy. They brought the manager, i cooperated with ever he said. He was upset? Ripping the coupon dumping it and AGGRESSIVELY bagging and typing SMASHING the keyboard with his sweaty palms. But this is just The beginning. I had to make sure to note how DISGUSTED i am. WITH his behavior the disrespect and attitude. This is NOT a leader he his a most a receptionist that IF he smiles. And I’m on the phone with corporate as I’m typing this. This is outrageous. If i was a tall white dude he would have NEVER came at me like that. You have NO idea what you have done. You may have gotten away with this in the last but not with me. Good luck man. lo l it’s funny that you think you have the authority to ban a paying customer that. I can’t wait to hear you explain why to corporate.
