Be careful there with your money this weekend. On May 31 a Monday the holiday weekend I went into Nirvana Center and ordered some pre-rolls Jeeters and some vapen cartridges. I was told by the tinder that I qualified for a pre-free roll and a cartridge clean concentrate. When I reach my home over 40 miles away I noticed I was charged for the product that was supposed to be free. I called the dispensary and spoke with the manager and explained what happened and she said she would speak to the tinder to make sure it didn’t happen moving forward and that for me she could give me store credit or come back for a refund that day. I live in chino so that was not possible that day and I agree to the store credit even though the product was originally supposed to be free and I wanted a refund. This is where I made the mistake. The manager never disclosed that the store credit was only for Nirvana product. When I went in today Saturday, June 4 I was told that I had to buy product that belong to Nirvana. This makes no sense to me because I never wanted your product to start with and it makes no sense to be forced to use store credit on something I don’t want when your employee is the one who made the mistake. I never intended to buy the pre-roll or the cartridge so I feel like I should just be refunded and be able to use my money as I see fit given that it was your employee who made the mistake. The product was originally supposed to be free since it was offered. The manager today was pretty incompetent and the tenders and GM as well were horrible. They didn’t seem to understand why I feel robbed. Money was taken from me without my permission and I’m being forced to use it on stuff I don’t want. It was not my mistake to fix. You are supposed to be a reputable company and the service I received today was abysmal. I want a refund on the product from 5/30 that was supposed to be free. I don’t want store credit. I live 45 minutes away which I told the manger with dark hair. She did not explain the store credit until today when I was confused on using it. I feel like you guys ripped me off and I want my money back. This is really poor customer service. Your employee made a mistake and you passed it off to the consumer which is insane and inappropriate. Why would I pay twice for free product I never asked for but was offered?
