I LOVE Medizin!!! Awesome deals and staff. Picked up the new Matrix Pax vape pen and it's awesome! Always helpful in knowing what I may want and like and never pushy. Such a comfortable environment and lots to choose from.

Love this place, its the first dispensary I visited and is still the only one I go to. Everybody and I mean everybody who work there are the nicest and friendliest people youll ever meet. The quaility of the 8 or so strains I have tried from them have been top notch. Also they are always having deals and ways to save you money. I definitely recommend to everyone, once you come in it'll be your new favorite spot.

Don't bother if you are a CA rec holder. This dispensary doesn't know what to do if you are an out of state rec holder. No issues at any other dispensary in Vegas. Skip this one, they won't last.

So on point, this place is legit! Cannabiotix releases in abundance, and I'm super hyped to try their future in house releases (Gimme that Chloe already 😀) Manny was so cool to talk to, just a genuine concern about quality and price in what the company carries, he was a class act through and through. Pricing is so great for first time patients. Love the location as its so close to me. Just a different level, they're stepping it up in Las Vegas, I will be a return customer over and over, go check them out if you're close, or even it's a drive, it's so worth it, I assure you! I'm so looking forward to our future here in LV, thank you Medizin!!! Permanent repeat customer!

The staff here is amazing. This place is a great place! There's so many variety of flowers, edibles, and concentrate. The staff is friendly and will help you choose the right medicine.

Amazing place! Pretty much every person that I have come across that works here at Medizin has been extremely gracious and helpful. The service is cannot be compared, it is so amazing. And the knowledge of all the budtenders seem to be unmatched. On top of that, the flowers they have in stock are definitely of premium value. I am definitely going to be a regular at the establishment.

This dispensary is exceptional. I was there today, at lunch time, and there was no wait. They are still adequately stocked in all areas. And their customer service is no joke. What a great place! after having been to a couple other dispensaries in the area, this place is definitely my favorite and where I will continue to go until the dispensaries by me in Henderson are open for recreational business. Good job Medzin, you rock!

First experience recreational dispensary. Only 3 on quality because I've only tried 2 stains. Definitely going back to try more. Very professional, informative, and a safe secure location.

Great staff! Trevor and Manny are super cool, knowledgeable budtenders and give great recommendations. Rachel and Lowell are super patient with you and it's always a treat when Tanya is tending, everyone here has a great attitude. It goes with out saying their quality is top shelf all the way, even the low end stuff ain't shabby. Two thumbs up!

Do not place an order online for delivery and expect that day. # 1 order was placed on March 28th. Order never delivered, I received a cancellation on Order # 1 exactly 14.5 hours later from delivery time frame. I attempted to place an Order #2 March 29th again the same results driver never showed after 6 hours passed from delivery time frame, I logged in online and saw the order was cancelled this time with no "real time" notifications. Order # 3 was placed on March 30th, Still waiting after 4 hours past my delivery time frame.

Third time in a row with horrible experiences here. This place is 100% concerned with money- Not customer service, not common courtesy, not the resolution of issues. Their ordering system is a joke, as is customer service training, and a website that lacks functionality and any sort of user-friendly presence. Placed an order yesterday at 2pm. Selected a delivery window from 7pm-10pm. I received a text at 7:43 that the order was confirmed. Customer service reached out to verify the order at 9:40pm. The CSR literally told me the order was on the way and was about to end the call- when I asked if this order would be late also (An order I placed 2 weeks ago for a delivery window of 9pm -midnight arrived at 2:32am), and she simply laughed and said yes, everything will be late. PLANET 13 DELIVERY OFFERED A WINDOW OF 7PM-10PM- I CALLED AND CANCELLED THIS ORDER AFTER WAITING UNTIL 2:30AM AND I WAS STILL CONTACTED BY SOMEONE AT 5:30AM TELLING ME MY ORDER WAS JUST NOW LEAVING No contact, no updated text message, no courtesy call. No options discussed on the phone. Why doesn't the delivery portal just tell the truth.... order whatever, and it'll get there whenever, and we don't really care as long as we're making money. I feel for this location and staff. Even before covid hit, every visit I've had to Planet13 has been ruined due to a lack of training, communication and planning. My experiences have consisted of -employees not being aware of local promotions -delivery fees bouncing from $75 to $125 to $100 in less than a week -a delivery system that offers a window of delivery time that is completely inaccurate -a lack of general concern for any issues And the excuse I'm offered is "sorry, we're the worlds biggest dispo" Yes- you are... so you should have your stuff together, and should probably care a little more about the local business you're driving away with each bad experience. I'll wait out quarantine to get back to supporting smaller dispos that haven't forgotten the basics of service.

this is the third time this happened 5 min before i need to pickup the order they cancel it wait 2 hour ask to talk with someone they keep hang-up the phone i go there they told me there is noting to do abut this bad customer service i need to wait in line waited 2 hour and then they don't tell the trues online they offer the 14G of Polaris head cheese 120$ but the lady on the counter ask me for almost 300$ needed to show her online the price so she can adjust it double check the price thay are not reliable can do don't buy from here don't waste your time

This is my go to spot in Las Vegas! They always have great deals (make sure to sign up for the email blast), top qiluality mess and they are good peeps. I have been to many shops in Las Vegas and this is by far the class of the bunch!

The staff and selection is amazing! Definitely coming back here every time I'm in Las Vegas. We highly recommend!

planet 13 would not honor the deal they had posted for June 7th 2020 on their Leafly app website it was 7 grams of true G or virtue G flour for $1 and I understand that this was probably a typo but they should have honored the deal and then change their Leafly ad kind of sad and disappointed that the world's largest marijuana superstore when honor their Leafly ad 😭😭

Very very very bad customer service. I’m a returning customer of planet 13 and they getting worse every time I go! Literally from product to service. I placed a order numerous times for delivery that I get called to confirm and am told it’s out for delivery and then never show up only for me to call to find out they sold out, then again today I’m told that my order will be there by 6 pm and it’s 8:21 pm with no sign of anyone, I wonder what the excuse will be?

I was at this location for a pop up, and received the rudest behavior ever. The security is a sensitive joke and RACIST, no argument nor word exchange had taken place. But as i come out of the restroom i am approached by 6 security griping there weapons. I will keep writing reveiws to inform people about the racist anticts that mirror the police.

This place don't sell Cannabiotix flower, that's disappointing. You're the biggest dispensary for no reason.
