Most comfortable Dispensary environment. Top of the line strains. Great service! My favorite in town and that’s coming from someone in the business from another state.

.Planet 13 no longer allows non Nevada residents to take advantage of there daily deals on weekends, Only thru the week.. Eveyone knows tourists shop on weekends and locals don't. So tourists must pay full price on weekends now even if your a loyal repeat customer. Now how do you call that for customer appreciation. That's taken advantage of customers. Do you all agree???

Overpriced with deceptive daily deals. Don’t recommend.

Friendly and efficient. Though they sell medicine, they haven't adopted the oppressive trappings of the health-care industry. Security, likewise, is unobtrusive. And they have an uncommonly good selection of sativas.

Good clean pro shop with knowledgeable folk. good verity of both bud, edibles, and concentrates but high prices. in fairness, same as other shops in the area. out of state is less $$$.

Not very impressed. As much as it was built up I expected so much more. The atmosphere was overall very boring and plain. I am shocked by the selection. It was the same as everyone else in town. I wish everyone would follow in line with "The Source" when it comes to displaying and pushing the terpenes. Thought it was going to be more of a museum or club feel, but instead felt like a gift shop.

Seeds in their weed! I’ve bought several strains and they all had seeds in them! Buyer Beware!! How can any marijuana you bag up have seeds in it? Why do you let it happen? Also weigh your bags mine are always short! 7 gram bag= 6.5 grams! Scam!!

We ordered online. The price after taxes and checkout was 124. They called and confirmed our order a few minutes afterwards. We even had to email a verification of our address. Then 4 hours later we get a call and the price has gone up to 199 PLUS TAX! They tried to say they had a glitch in their online system and wouldn’t honor the price anymore. BUYER BEWARE! Seriously never ordered something online only to be told the price magically increased by over 100 dollars in a matter of hours. The customer service at this place has steadily decreased since it opened. To a point where now apparently even the prices on their own website are just used to lure you into buying something so they can then try to pressure you into paying more. We had already gone out and done all our errands and could have easily swung by another place but we had already ordered this and now will have to be inconvenienced again. What a terrible experience. STRONGLY recommend going to one of the numerous other shops that are all within a 5 or 10 minute walk.

Very very very bad customer service. I’m a returning customer of planet 13 and they getting worse every time I go! Literally from product to service. I placed a order numerous times for delivery that I get called to confirm and am told it’s out for delivery and then never show up only for me to call to find out they sold out, then again today I’m told that my order will be there by 6 pm and it’s 8:21 pm with no sign of anyone, I wonder what the excuse will be?

im a loyal customer ive been going to the decatur store when it was open, i have spent 10s of thousands of $$$$dollers with yall, $70 for an 1/8 of OGKB 2.0, come on over $80 dollers for an 1/8 and i dont care if they give a 20% discount if your local, there prices are too high to begin with. I love million doller baby but not that much.

This place and staff are trash. Put in an order and only took them 14 hours to call and tell me it will be even longer. All they can say was u can cancel your order( i guess less work for them is better) No one has called or even reached out. Please Dont shop here so many good places out there

planet 13 would not honor the deal they had posted for June 7th 2020 on their Leafly app website it was 7 grams of true G or virtue G flour for $1 and I understand that this was probably a typo but they should have honored the deal and then change their Leafly ad kind of sad and disappointed that the world's largest marijuana superstore when honor their Leafly ad 😭😭

I LOVE Medizin!!! Awesome deals and staff. Picked up the new Matrix Pax vape pen and it's awesome! Always helpful in knowing what I may want and like and never pushy. Such a comfortable environment and lots to choose from.

This dispensary is exceptional. I was there today, at lunch time, and there was no wait. They are still adequately stocked in all areas. And their customer service is no joke. What a great place! after having been to a couple other dispensaries in the area, this place is definitely my favorite and where I will continue to go until the dispensaries by me in Henderson are open for recreational business. Good job Medzin, you rock!

First of all, this is the best looking dispensary that I have visited in Las Vegas. The modern, artsy, and well put together look is a breath of fresh air that a lot of other shops in Vegas are desperately lacking. As far as service goes, the budtenders here know their stuff. They are extremely friendly, and actually CARE about the medical reasons that brought you in, and not to just load you up with a bunch of product that you may not need. They really do look out for their patients needs. Lastly, while those Medizin trademark plants that grace Vegas Cannabis Magazine are in the final stages of their grow, these guys are carrying some of the best flower from only the premier growers across the valley. You absolutely must try some of the Sinmint Cookies from BaM, trust me. As for their own flower (Chloe, Orange Crush, Etc.), the gentleman behind the counter assured me that we will be able to get our hands on these highly desired flowers by this July. Get a chance to get by and see these guys as soon as possible. Prices, service, and flower selection are the best in Vegas!

So on point, this place is legit! Cannabiotix releases in abundance, and I'm super hyped to try their future in house releases (Gimme that Chloe already 😀) Manny was so cool to talk to, just a genuine concern about quality and price in what the company carries, he was a class act through and through. Pricing is so great for first time patients. Love the location as its so close to me. Just a different level, they're stepping it up in Las Vegas, I will be a return customer over and over, go check them out if you're close, or even it's a drive, it's so worth it, I assure you! I'm so looking forward to our future here in LV, thank you Medizin!!! Permanent repeat customer!

Third time in a row with horrible experiences here. This place is 100% concerned with money- Not customer service, not common courtesy, not the resolution of issues. Their ordering system is a joke, as is customer service training, and a website that lacks functionality and any sort of user-friendly presence. Placed an order yesterday at 2pm. Selected a delivery window from 7pm-10pm. I received a text at 7:43 that the order was confirmed. Customer service reached out to verify the order at 9:40pm. The CSR literally told me the order was on the way and was about to end the call- when I asked if this order would be late also (An order I placed 2 weeks ago for a delivery window of 9pm -midnight arrived at 2:32am), and she simply laughed and said yes, everything will be late. PLANET 13 DELIVERY OFFERED A WINDOW OF 7PM-10PM- I CALLED AND CANCELLED THIS ORDER AFTER WAITING UNTIL 2:30AM AND I WAS STILL CONTACTED BY SOMEONE AT 5:30AM TELLING ME MY ORDER WAS JUST NOW LEAVING No contact, no updated text message, no courtesy call. No options discussed on the phone. Why doesn't the delivery portal just tell the truth.... order whatever, and it'll get there whenever, and we don't really care as long as we're making money. I feel for this location and staff. Even before covid hit, every visit I've had to Planet13 has been ruined due to a lack of training, communication and planning. My experiences have consisted of -employees not being aware of local promotions -delivery fees bouncing from $75 to $125 to $100 in less than a week -a delivery system that offers a window of delivery time that is completely inaccurate -a lack of general concern for any issues And the excuse I'm offered is "sorry, we're the worlds biggest dispo" Yes- you are... so you should have your stuff together, and should probably care a little more about the local business you're driving away with each bad experience. I'll wait out quarantine to get back to supporting smaller dispos that haven't forgotten the basics of service.
