I used to like this place but they don't care about customers. They went from EF80 which was 50$ to the EF90 which suddenly became $90. The product to pricing ratio does not make sense. This price is exorbitant for customers and only shows they do not care about offering people medicine. I will now go and sell all my curaleaf stock because even 50$ per vape was expensive and now this is ridiculous.

The matter carts never are consistent in weight. In the process to hopefully get a resolution. The vapes say they are .5 but are never that weight. Sad due to home much they charge for them. It’s not nor fair to the patient.

Loved the visit but shame on new York State pulling flower.

Why is the inside lid always opened on the flower I buy here? The lids are fully sealed when I buy the same curaleaf flower at other dispensaries. On top of that, they don't even label what strain you're getting. They said they don't know the strain when asked. But the other dispensary has strain, terpene info, etc. I bought Sativa flower here that was garbage. A total waste of $90. Told them it was bad, they did nothing to appease me even tho I spend several hundred per week. Stopped buying carts from here bc they are only half filled. Very disappointed this location doesn't give leafly orders priority any longer. Why should people running in for a refill have to wait 30 mins for someone to have a consultation on their first visit? I go to the other dispensary and it's super busy but I'm in and out within just a few mins. I now only go here for the capsules, which are better than the curaleaf ones sold elsewhere.

I am voting verilife down. I don't feel well in the space- kind of like a dmv feel, the sound of their lockdoors and the way they click clack slam behind you remind of prison. Their is a sense of depersonalization for me. My cart was very under full, about half way. I called 10 minutes later and emailed a pic to the website I was directed. I received no response. When I went in I was told they wouldn't do anything and then offered more to buy. I explained that this is a medical facility and if I go to Walgreens and they miscount my medicine they are going to fix it. I just can't get my medicine from there because this was not remedied appropriately.

I’m very upset with NYS!! first off their prices are ridiculous, went the other day to get the inhale, their “1/8” is $15 worth of dust and stems. I honestly am debating giving up my card, I only come here once in awhile to try new products and have been nothing but disappointed. It’s a shame but I’ll get my medicine elsewhere.

Shopped there for one year. I believe their products are over priced. You see I’ve had Experiences shopping dispensaries in Florida, California, Colorado & Canada. Recently I was totally disappointed with their Customer service. I will take my Busisness else where.

Complete shit Vape pens cost 5x what they do in Seattle. And the tincture is old recipe that lacks potency. Only 2 menu items. Because capsules aren't offered at this location.

Prices are very high

I’ve been here a lot. I really don’t prefer to go here. The place that’s downtown is way nicer, the people are better, but they have no flower. It’s not an experience going here, it’s a transaction. I, like most that go there, go there because they have best inventory. All the complaints about flower and the vape cartridges are true too. I also don’t like that leafy orders don’t go first, but that’s because it was used to beat the system, this is what the system created, I was had a meeting to go to, virtually, I had an 30 minutes, the place was bare, I walked in and ordered, all of a sudden a bunch of leafly orders show up. I tell them my struggle and they did nothing. I got upset, they did nothing. A leafly orderer ended up giving me his spot. It shouldn’t have come to that. I’ve never forgotten the blank look on 4 peoples faces. I almost got kicked out I got so mad. I hate spending money here but sadly they’re the best around WNY. Legalize this now!

nice, clean operation. Vape cartridges have been improved greatly over the last year. Pricey of course, but much better value than Medmen. Their Matter vaporizer unit is affordable and convenient too. Capsule pricing is too high to be of value.

This is the breakdown: (Try the D8 cartridge--it's a stimulating experience) They have the best products within a 50 mile Radius Their prices are pretty standard for the locality. Meaning they are expensive BUT Roughly 50% (YES HALF) of what you're paying is a special NYS tax that applies exclusively to medical cannabis. That isn't their fault. To get $35 for a vape cartridge, they need to charge $70. Their Pharmacannis line is high end and, although it is carried by the majority of the other local dispensaries, THEY PRODUCE IT.... so they are pretty much the sole PRIMARY source for MEDICAL GRADE products in this area. Unlike other boutique shops like MedMen( who sell inferior product lines for cheap [or sometimes still expensive]) , they are more tailored to true medical patients. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, whether you are a beginner or Tommy Chong himself, they are knowledgeable and will answer any product related questions you have with ease. Verilife and is a former subsidiary of Pharmacannis, the company which manufactures the vast majority of the products they carry. These products are middle of the road for the most part (someone from California or Colorado would not be impressed, but they are of outstanding quality for this locality, and unquestionably the best you will find in WNY.... maybe NYS altogether. Pharmacannis products are carried by most (if not all) of the local competing dispensaries, and are typically their Flagship product line. Last year the companies were allegedly going to merge but the merger ended up falling apart and never came to fruition. It would be nice if they offered some sort of loyalty program though... perhaps a paid membership unlocking discounts and/or special pricing to non members. The pricing in NYS is not sustainable without flower if you typically ingest 1G of THC/CBD a day. That's 100 extra strength green tablets at 10mg of CBD/THC each. More than $400 A DAY.... LOL. Most people cannot afford that. Perhaps a sliding scale for income disparity would provide more people access to clean, safe ,medicine. Go after the NYS Legislators to provide the dispensaries an option to wave the 50% tax for those who cannot afford it so they can access clean, affordable medicine without facing a major financial hardship.

very disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication from the company. the staff also seems to be uninformed and unable to answer detailed questions about the products

I went here for my first time.They were very friendly and answered my many many questions. They were knowledgeable about the products and able to reassure each concern I had. I will be going back there again!!

They didn't have much of a selection at all and workstream extremely expensive.

Location is awful, especially if you live in the south towns. N very expensive and very little verity

they are way better than the Bloomberg people at least they have vape pens that come in indica and sativa!

seems like a good place at first I do believe I was shorted on oil countless times. I've spent thousands of dollars here. compared to the other ones who do not short you. it's very frustrating and there is no real way to know if your getting exactly what you pay for or if you're being shorted. I've had to go to another and I'm very happy with them better atmosphere, and and all around better experience. there has been a couple of times dealing with staff where I was very uncomfortable and I wasn't in on the joke which was probably me. hopefully something changes with the new legislation law. hope this helps

the location is great and I think the people are great. take care of you but I just realized when I went the other day that the price is dramatically went up and I was shocked I was like I only used to pay $45 for my tank shoes and now they're 85 and I was I was totally shocked so now I won't be able to get two and three like I used to only be able to get maybe one so I don't know I'm thinking you know like wow you know so you know the only one that helps me pay for these things are there is my son so and I was thinking boy what am I going to do now that's that's what I was thinking and I'm and I'm I told the doctor about it she made a copy of the priceless and she also was shocked at Dent towers and couldn't believe how much the prices went up as well she also asked me how was I going to do it I also told her I didn't know that I will have to figure something out I just wanted to make this note because it makes me start that now I guess I'm going to have a harder time sign to get my medication that's what I wanted to say about the medication I hope something resolves and I hope it will go down again thank you Laura

CALL AHEAD - if you walk in you will be waiting. I watched 5 people who got there after me go into the back and get their meds. I have been there several times, and there’s just no reason why an online order should take priority over a return customer who just walked in the door. I happened to be in the area and wanted to pick something up but that’s just a terrible system and nowhere does their policy state you need to order online for priority service. Have a clue verilife. You’re turning people off when they sit there and wait for their order to be filled while online orders are in and out in 5 minutes.

You have to review this place for what they can control. You can’t come here and complain how it’s not the same as it is in Seattle or some other legalized state. They have to do things the way the state lets them. That being said, the stuff they have isn’t bad. The vape cartridges are a little pricey but at least you can just buy the cartridges and not have to purchase the entire pen every time. The tincture didn’t taste as good as MedMen, but just mix if you mix it into something it’s not bad. I’m looking forward to New York’s program becoming much better.

Walked in as a new patient and was told new patients would receive 15% discount on their first purchase! Very friendly staff and helped me with all my questions on my medicine. Please visit them, they deserve it! 110/100

The people are great. My problem is that they went from a full Ml vape refill as a standard to .5, but kept the price the same. What a joke.

The prices were outrageous. Other than that, is always a pleasant experience. Will however, take my business elsewhere.
