Verilife - Amherst

This is the opposite of MedMen in a way that the atmosphere is very uniform. There is no real display or walk through of products, so you have to do you research ahead of time. The only benefit to ordering online is saving the awkward moment when they ask you what you want in the very quiet open room. You still have to wait in the very silent waiting room. The only reason why I do shop here is to get Vireo products, because MedMen doesn’t have them.

The workers are very knowledgeable and they educate you no matter what your question is. And what I respect the most about the employees is if they don't know something they will find out. I love the temple professionalism

Been here a few times. I agree the carts seem a bit under filled. Was unaware they filled them on site! The ground flower is nice, clean tasting and burning. I’ll be back...

I came here a couple weeks ago which was my first time. I was treated with respect and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place, as it’s my favorite and I get treated good here.

People are always friendly. When I have a legitimate complaint about equipment or in the past when vapes notoriously leaked, they are happy to correct. Delivery is excellent, but not very discreet. I understand it's for the driver's safety, but what about my safety and privacy? In Canada, the delivery person always steps into the foyer. Now that adult use marijuana as in the works for recreational use, it's time to start pushing for affordable access to medical users. I don't feel that medical use should be taxed, especially if I can get opiates delivered for $.29 a prescription. Time for the medical mmj Lobby-ers to start fighting for this now. Otherwise, my time in NYS will be done.

Been using Verilife almost exclusively for the most part since I’ve had a Medical Card. I have always received excellent advice, service and product. I would highly recommend Verilife. Med Men is ok but I like Verilife better. The other place is too far away.

It seems the last 3 times I visited to take advantage of ‘deals’, I left with some sort of popcorn or ‘Smalls’ that I never ordered. Nor were they the ‘deals’ in the website. I would never purposely purchase smalls or popcorn. This was ordering in the store, not Leafly or any pre order.

Francine F. took really good care of me today as always. She went out of her way to explain policies and answer my questions as well as getting the best deal for my family. she has been with verilife awhile and has always been professional, polite and cheery. Anyone who complains that verilife is too expensive, I say I know what i am getting everytime, the stores has many, many regular discounts and it is better than smoking garbage someone smuggles in with no quality control. Very kind atmosphere with all of the staff. A little high on prices.

The service is always fast and the product is excellent. I usually order online . I am in and out within a few minutes. The one criticism is that the employees all carry on personal conversations with each other while customers are in their presence , for example, the last time I was in, there were two people checking people in, they said we will be with you shortly, then they carried on a private conversation for another minute while 3 customers listened in. A third employee came up and joined the conversation. I was called in the back in less than 5 minutes, fast as usual. Then went in the back into the left back corner where the young lady taking care of me talked to the guy at the desk next to ours. The only verbal interaction with me was when she told me how much I owed and then thanked me at the end. This happens quite often when I am there.

Pharmacannis is the best option in the Buffalo area, in my opinion. Friendly and helpful employees and the cheapest prices for the same products at the other dispensaries. I recommend ordering on leafly ahead of time, that way you are in and out quickly. They even offer free home delivery.

I ordered online and was in and out in 6 minutes! That's what I call service.

Definitely a shop that sets high standards (no pun intended) from the products, the awesome staff that is always helpful and will spend the time that you by being there set. They don't rush you out the door because they see you shockingly as a human! Such a concept these days... So don't even hesitate to come here. It may just be your new favorite shop!

All the staff are kind, caring & treat you like a family member that just came to town fo a visit. Plus they are very knowledgeable added to the vast selection of quality medicinal cannabis. I prefer flowers and they always are fresh and tasty. You definitely will get quality at a reasonable price plus great deals and loyalty $$ to use on meds!

Anthony was wonderful! He was able to answer all of my questions and didn't make me feel stupid for asking. He's a great Budtender and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back!

Just left there and I felt compelled to thank Brett that helped me out today. He could have taken the $270 I was prepared to spend, but he found me a deal that got me exactly what I wanted (in quantity and quality) for $150 cheaper. I ended up getting what I came for on top of a cartridge that I didn't think I could get. Saved me $75, got what I came for, and got a cartridge.... awesome! Thank you Brett and Verilife!

This place is way better than Medmen. Medmen is over priced, has very few options and is often out of stock. Ever since ai found Verilife I travel the extra 20 minutes. Nice people, they don't try to be super fancy and they have the widest selection in town. The staff is very chill and patients them selves in many cases. No place else in Buffalo has flower.

I absolutely love the staff in Amherst. Yet I have one complate-more card for delivery:)
