5 Stars for service and atmosphere, 1 star for quality for inventory. I gave 4 stars for the inventory, because I like them so much, but it’s really 1 STAR. You force me to go elsewhere. I hate the other place. This place is amazing except for the fact that it has no flower. I love everything about this place and I feel like a pile of dog poop going elsewhere, but they gots what I need!

I’ve been here a lot. I really don’t prefer to go here. The place that’s downtown is way nicer, the people are better, but they have no flower. It’s not an experience going here, it’s a transaction. I, like most that go there, go there because they have best inventory. All the complaints about flower and the vape cartridges are true too. I also don’t like that leafy orders don’t go first, but that’s because it was used to beat the system, this is what the system created, I was had a meeting to go to, virtually, I had an 30 minutes, the place was bare, I walked in and ordered, all of a sudden a bunch of leafly orders show up. I tell them my struggle and they did nothing. I got upset, they did nothing. A leafly orderer ended up giving me his spot. It shouldn’t have come to that. I’ve never forgotten the blank look on 4 peoples faces. I almost got kicked out I got so mad. I hate spending money here but sadly they’re the best around WNY. Legalize this now!
