worst dispensary, lost my order and then acted like I made up making a pre order , showed them my text and still couldn't find it . what useless feature to order online then not even have it filled . You guys need to figure it out
Waited an hour and half and had a an online ores , watched 3 people who checked in after me go first Absolutely the worst dispensary experience ever, I have had my card for 8 years and this is the worst place to go, it is complete chaos , the bud tender and manager were extremely rude, they ordered me to put my phone away when that's where my card is. common sense isnt to common here .
This place is always fast and super curtious, they called me to make sure I knew the deal when I placed my order online , they switched to the products that are on deal saving both us of a hassle, thank you again!!
Horrible service online, I get a text saying you are out of crumble. then i place my order at midtown, then that order gets cancelled by people at the Glendale so I have to resubmit my order at midtown another time, then this glendale location magically finds crumble and shatter after my order is confirmed and ready at midtown. thanks for making me drive twice as far.
the time people need deals, you take them away to make sure you squeeze every penny out of each gram. So much for putting your patients first , looks like your wallet come before anything .
You guys take away your deals when people need your deals the most , how sad that you resort to squeezing every last penny out of your customers, GO TO MINT, they kept their deals , goes to show how you dont care about patients or community, I hope the extra dollars you make is worth losing customers foe good. ***MINT HAS DEALS *** not a good look nirvana , hopefully you correct this.
