absolute rude staff and rude budtender on the phone next to me while I was trying to get my order right is completely unprofessional and yet again I will never return. and your prices are ridiculous.

I like it here, but wait times are pretty long. also pre-order pick up is not very speedy at all. the little mics on the window where they call your name hardly work. supurb their delivery service or answering service, whatever it is, they are very rude on the phone.

This is a review of my second and third visits. My bud tender was Mimi. I’m a veteran, and Mimi made me feel appreciated and respected. I don’t go looking for that and normally avoid any attention to my service, but Mimi was so genuinely sincere that I took note of her talent to connect with people. Bravo Zulu, Mimi.
Two days later, Sarah was my bud tender. And like Amy and Mimi, she connects with people. My job requires me to talk to people from all walks of life about the most intimate details of their lives. I find it easy to make connections with people, so I notice when others can do the same. Other than the time I spent with Sarah, the thing of note on my third visit was free parking lot tacos! I only took a bottle of water and appreciated that, but it’s cool that Nirvana had a treat for patients and gave a local vendor space to create and prosper.
The short review is: whoever does the hiring at The Nirvana Center, they’re doing an outstanding job! To appease the gods of negativity, I’ll kindly ask the facility manager to clean the lobby couches. They’re nasty.

If you get a budtender named Isaiah, watch out! He swapped out my premium prerolls for some house blend and think I didn't notice. For starters, I ordered two different prerolls and they smelled/tasted exactly the same. Then he tried to overcharge me. When I asked for a receipt, the total price of my order suddenly dropped by $3 than what he previously told me. Guess thats how snakes like him "earn" their tips. I'm sure most of the staff isn't that bad, but thanks to Isaiah, that will be my first and last visit to Nirvana.

This place is ridiculous!! They are supposedly under a phase two shut down but the lobby is packed with coughing people. I called at 11:30 to place a curbside and everything was fine, order will be ready in 30mins! Nope they lied, I come at 1 not even two hours later and they’re suddenly not offering curbside anymore?? I live 30mins away & I only came because this location has curbside. If you place a pick up you’re still waiting over 30mins!! Now I just left after waiting for almost an hour, don’t waste your time people I’m literally leaving with my blood boiling.
Staff on phone is rude. Had a guy hang up on me for asking to speak to a manager, because he hung on me. Rude, and advertising specials online and the phone, that are not valid. Since I never got to speak to a manager, I will be going higher up to complain.

Awful. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I just bought some of their $20 eighths and it was the driest weed I have ever seen and more stems than flower. This is the worst flower I have ever bought from a dispensary. I understand it’s the cheap stuff but it’s so bad I can’t even smoke it. Every time I come here the staff is unfriendly and unprofessional and have no knowledge of their product. This is a wholesale weed dispensary where they put zero love or care into their product. I will never come back to this place.

Absolute trash. They don’t allow curbside pickup even though they made me wait for it and took my order.
Weak ass service ! They never answer the phone ! And they never upload the products online right.. I would not recommend!
This place has the most horrible control on how they run with having extremely long wait times and they don’t even call you as you come in because they have to take pre orders and regulars first, I am a reglar customer and also have my medical card, you guys always call the people that have gone in after me multiple times it’s not fair people have things to do places to be

Came in for New Years special. got several strains and all bone dry, and burned to a black ash. Even a week with boveda, still dry. Huge selection is overkill.

I can honestly say that I have never left a dispensary unhappy until i went to The Nirvana Center. I have previously been here two other times and had a tolerable time. It was a very long wait both times i went and today I did not want to wait for the bud-tenders to call me back because I already knew what I wanted. So I called Nirvana Center and I let them know I wanted to place a pick up order. The lady that helped me was rude from the moment she got on the phone. I told her that I wanted the brand clean concentrate and i wanted the top self not the trim. She named the strains and told me that i was able to get 20% off for making a phone order so i was pretty excited. I told her the three types that I wanted. I asked her for an estimate before we got off the phone and she told me $34. That didn't sound right to me so i asked her if she had put down grams. She hadn't. She told me she fixed it and told me that our knew total was $64. It seemed a little low to me but with the 20% off i figured it was right.
Driving from buckeye to 35th ave is about a 40 minute drive to get to The Nirvana Center. my smile left my face after realizing I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. For 30 minutes, I literally stood in the express lane with no one else in line. I finally went to the line next to the pick up lane and was told that I had to wait in the pick up line. Then another women came in after me and goes to the same line I had gone to. she was then put in front of me. Finally in the middle of her transaction they realized that i was still waiting. The lady asked if i had been helped and I angrily said nope.
She helped me after her.
The lady that helped me was very nice, but when she pulled out my order, it was wrong. The lady on the phone had only put two grams in the system. I told the lady that I had asked for the three grams over the phone. Another lady walked up and said that she was the one I had talk to and that i was wrong, that i had only asked for two. I looked her and i do honestly admit that I gave her attitude, i told her "ummm no, I'm pretty sure I ordered three." and she proceeded to argue with me. I named the three strains I had asked for and she walked away with offensive things coming from under her breath. The lady that was helping me then informed me that if i wanted the additional gram it would be 104. I had already used Nirvana's ATM, which they charge $2.50 to use. I had already pulled out $80 expecting to pay $64 like i was quoted. She then proceeded to tell me that I could use their ATM or cancel the other gram. I canceled the other gram. She told me she wasn't able to give me a free gram of concentrate but she was going to give me a free preroll. Never once did i ask them for anything free. All I wanted was to get my order correct and be out in a reasonable amount of time.
I have two regrets, using the pickup lane without getting the rude ladies name and wasting my gas to come to The Nirvana Center.
I will never return.
Normally have a wonderful time at Nirvana. Alexis is my favorite budtender. But today, the blue haired girl doing pick up was the rudest I've ever encountered. I understand you guys are going rec in a few days but you can be nicer about informing people that your daily deals are no more. She acted like it was a hassle for her to ring up items and check the total for me since it is now different than what im used to. Also did not tell me my correct total. I do not think ill be back to nirvana after today's experience.
I didn’t want to leave a bad review but damn some of these workers are pretty much air heads. I tried to explain to them but he swore he was right. I went in on Sunday and got a timeless cart, since I only bought one I thought I would get 20% off.... the guy told me that the timeless carts are already discounted but doesn’t make sense when one for $42 is not a discount at all. Those are the normal prices... he said I can’t get 20% off because it would’ve been a double discount but it wasn’t ? What can I say, some ppl are airheads and don’t get it.

First time medical patient at this establishment and my last. They did not disclose that the flower they were selling was “smalls“. That would’ve been helpful for my pre-order.
I walked in to not be acknowledged by anyone. When I walked up to ask for help, I felt like I was bothering or interrupting some thing and was rudely told to wait in the lobby. Not one smile from any employees. Bad vibes! After waiting 10 minutes, I was called to pick up my order, but they left a cheap sticker on my ID that I had to sit and scratch off then come home and rub some alcohol on to remove the remaining adhesive. I would not recommend a professional person going to this dispensary. Everyone looked way too stoned to function and yes I mean the employees! In order to break the stigma of cannabis, we need to stop allowing shit like this to happen and get it together. I recommend that this company sends its employees to a few real dispensaries around town to see how things are better ran! Curaleaf, the flower shop or even Harvest gives better service and know how to sell bud AND BE PROFESSIONAL! Customer service is a must and this place seriously lacks it.

This place is prob the nicest place I’ve been too which is hilarious when you think of the neighborhood it is in BUT WAY TOO EXPENSIVE and I am not frugal on money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Been coming to this spot since i got my card a year ago. Never had an issue about weight until a few days ago! Got 8 different 1/8s and came home next day i decided to weigh my stuff since i didnt touch 6 of them and they were all a half gram under, some a little more. i call nirvana and they say they will investigate. called me back an hour later to say they checked the cams and everything was correct when it obviously wasnt. of course your cameras show 3.5 cause there was an issue in the tare but this will be the last time i will ever step foot or recommend anyone again!

Sunday goods are no good straight up headache weed. Nirvana you rock and your flower hasnt disapointed yet even your bottom tier. Why would you stock or even push sunday goods products defenetly nkt up to par . Your sfv og 100 stars the knock off version from sunday goods negative stars it just sucks Im sorry but yea extremely disappointed Im looking at this ounce and i just want to flush it down the toilet . Im literally going to roll up some cleaned up seedy brick weed radther than smoke what i got today .....
