so second time trying. I got 7 different strains all of their most expensive and so far way disappointed. No smells of dank or anything reminds me of the dirt weed before mmj.

I have visited this location regularly for a while starting as a patient. I was taken back by their new no mask policy. I am a high-risk individual with an autoimmune disorder. I rely on this medication for pain relief. I went there and saw the waiting room full of maskless people, some even coughing and sneezing. I don't know how seriously other people take this pandemic and it's none of my business. But this is a deal-breaker. This virus did not just go away overnight. I would steer clear of Nirvana center. They put profit ahead of their loyal patients and rec users. I highly recommend Curaleaf. They still have a mask policy and seem to take all of the necessary precautions even though it might hurt the bank. I am highly disappointed. Its a shame because the staff at this location has always been friendly and the variety and quality of their stock never disappoints. I will miss Nirvana Center.

Waited over an hour as a pick up and kept getting skipped by other online orders that were behind me in line . Not a single person wanted to answer why it even make it right . I drove all the way from the north valley . I will never come back to your facility and I will let everyone know how you treat your medical patients .

Worst MOST GHETTO Dispo in AZ .... Never ever go here... They are not the real nirvana brand they are just stealing the name for profit..... They put their shop in the ghetto of phoenix to save on rent , but now they are soooooo afraid of getting jacked THAT THEY TREAT PATIENTS LIKE CRIMINALS....they have fake arse top flight Cousin DAE DAE security Who have to metal detect you twice before you can enter.....they OVER- CHARGE on their in house flower Price be $65 an eigth when Potent planet is way way better quality. All the tenders are stoned and stupid they put the wrong items in bags all the time .... Literally every time I have been here security has someone SCREAMING at them heated as flucc , security threatening to call phoenix pd on patients Every single day. We need to stand up to bull chit arse dispos ripping patients off ...MAKING THEM WAIT IN THE FREEZING RAIN ON CHRISTMAS EVE , THIS IS THE WORST MOST GHETTO DISPO IVE EVER SEEEEEEN DO NOT GO HERE .....REAL TALK

I called this location to see if my points would be transferred from the Glendale location. They told me no. The Glendale location closed with no warning! I would not do business with this dispensary or any of their other locations. You never know when they will shut the doors at the last minute and your points are lost! also the last half ounce I purchased from them was full of stems and mostly Shake. not a place I would recommend doing business with!

after finally getting here i walked in and let the women know i had been trying to call a few times to ask a couple questions , not only did she not answer ny questions they don't even answer the god damn phone.. when i explained i was calling a few times thru out the day she replied "sorry" , didn't even ask if i still had any questions still completely disregarded the fact i was upset that i couldn't get information first time and last time patient visit what a shit service lol ill be sure to let all my med buddies to know as well. WHAT A JOKE.

I have been going to Nirvana for years now. And I could say their quality is not how it use to be. There needs to be a West side location. We all think getting rid of the Glendale location was a mistake.

Very disappointed in the decision to make masks optional. Twice now, they have put a similar sounding strain by a different brand in my online order so be very careful when reviewing your order during pickup. Won’t be returning until safety is a priority, but staff literacy is also an ongoing concern.

Budtender lissette was very negative and unhelpful never had a bad service this bad and I been to plenty of good shops out here I pretty much grabbed watever I figured was good because my Budtender was really negative and unhelpful in every way.

This is a very clean and respectable environment. Their staff are very helpful and to their patients. Also excellent products I highly recommend anything Grow science, echo, clear concentrates good flower as well

This company is currently ignoring my pleas for a resolution to a legal matter. I emailed your specified email address, per your request, over a month ago and have not received an inkling of responsibility from any of your employees or management. I gave you the benefit of the doubt that you are overwhelmed with the virus situation, but addressing other customer's needs while you are leaving a legal matter up to dry is not in good business practices. My email is titled "DOCUMENTED RESPONSE." Your reviews seem to be the only way to get in touch with anyone, as your employees in the store either hang up on me, tell me they are too busy, or take my number just to never call me back. I'm getting sick of being swept under the rug like a pile of dust you don't want to address. I will repeat my email to you, as you either ignored it or lost it. Cant believe how unprofessional this business is.

I can honestly say that I have never left a dispensary unhappy until i went to The Nirvana Center. I have previously been here two other times and had a tolerable time. It was a very long wait both times i went and today I did not want to wait for the bud-tenders to call me back because I already knew what I wanted. So I called Nirvana Center and I let them know I wanted to place a pick up order. The lady that helped me was rude from the moment she got on the phone. I told her that I wanted the brand clean concentrate and i wanted the top self not the trim. She named the strains and told me that i was able to get 20% off for making a phone order so i was pretty excited. I told her the three types that I wanted. I asked her for an estimate before we got off the phone and she told me $34. That didn't sound right to me so i asked her if she had put down grams. She hadn't. She told me she fixed it and told me that our knew total was $64. It seemed a little low to me but with the 20% off i figured it was right. Driving from buckeye to 35th ave is about a 40 minute drive to get to The Nirvana Center. my smile left my face after realizing I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. For 30 minutes, I literally stood in the express lane with no one else in line. I finally went to the line next to the pick up lane and was told that I had to wait in the pick up line. Then another women came in after me and goes to the same line I had gone to. she was then put in front of me. Finally in the middle of her transaction they realized that i was still waiting. The lady asked if i had been helped and I angrily said nope. She helped me after her. The lady that helped me was very nice, but when she pulled out my order, it was wrong. The lady on the phone had only put two grams in the system. I told the lady that I had asked for the three grams over the phone. Another lady walked up and said that she was the one I had talk to and that i was wrong, that i had only asked for two. I looked her and i do honestly admit that I gave her attitude, i told her "ummm no, I'm pretty sure I ordered three." and she proceeded to argue with me. I named the three strains I had asked for and she walked away with offensive things coming from under her breath. The lady that was helping me then informed me that if i wanted the additional gram it would be 104. I had already used Nirvana's ATM, which they charge $2.50 to use. I had already pulled out $80 expecting to pay $64 like i was quoted. She then proceeded to tell me that I could use their ATM or cancel the other gram. I canceled the other gram. She told me she wasn't able to give me a free gram of concentrate but she was going to give me a free preroll. Never once did i ask them for anything free. All I wanted was to get my order correct and be out in a reasonable amount of time. I have two regrets, using the pickup lane without getting the rude ladies name and wasting my gas to come to The Nirvana Center. I will never return.

If you get a budtender named Isaiah, watch out! He swapped out my premium prerolls for some house blend and think I didn't notice. For starters, I ordered two different prerolls and they smelled/tasted exactly the same. Then he tried to overcharge me. When I asked for a receipt, the total price of my order suddenly dropped by $3 than what he previously told me. Guess thats how snakes like him "earn" their tips. I'm sure most of the staff isn't that bad, but thanks to Isaiah, that will be my first and last visit to Nirvana.

This dispensary is really out of the way for me but I decided to visit. Great staff, not pushy or rude. I didn't get my bud tender's name but she was very knowledgeable and laid back and knew her strains. She recommended Purple Urkle and Chronic Thunder for me off their top shelf and all I can say is 😳 thank you for the recommendation! It was my first time there and I got a bogo and a free gram. I'll be revisiting.
