Love the flower and the pieces they often have only been there a couple times but definitely will keep coming back

Absolutely horrible location!!! I have called all three times I've gone in to make sure they have my cartridge in stock. Every time they say yes then when I get there they don't have them. They lie just to get you in the door!! I will never be back to this location

I was a really redular patron of this dispensary until today, now I don't think I'll be back. They had Charlie sheen distillate listed for 35 a gram since at least yesterday when I looked. I called ahead to place a pickup order and verify that it was in fact 35 a gram. The employee said it might marked wrong on leafly BUT they would honor the 35 price. So I ordered 4 and some edibles. I arrived from across town 30 min later to find they were in fact not honoring the price and I was told the manager corrected the website and it was now 45 a gram. No thanks on the bait and switch. I called, I verified, I double checked. No more of my hard earned money if this is how you treat patients.

My favorite location. Online ordering is the best, typically in and out for pick up depending who’s working the window.

wait times are ridiculous for mediocre service. even if you pre order you still have to wait until its ready. great product and deals but get a better system. used to be my go to spot for a long time. sad to see it declining.

do not recommend. poor customer service. gave me a product I can't even use thru superb. I ordered items and specified that I needed mmj strain for pain. they gave me lemon Jack. it does Jack for pain and gives me anxiety. I paid for it and called the day the mistake was made. no one would pick up the phone and it wouldn't let me leave a voicemail. I now have unopened product I cannot use that I paid for. I called and finally got some one. now they are telling me I needed to call the day of.... I did. I did what I needed to do. they refuse to fix THIER mistake. will not order here again.

The wait time was pretty extensive, as for flower same strains I can get anywhere, far too pricey, won't be back :-(

Horrible service. I waited for over 2 hours in the parking lot for my order and lost my first patient paper, they helped people who got here clearly WAY after me and helped them with getting them their product.

was looking to place order over the phone was told dont have a file so would be first time patient fine. was told to come in person to register did that as well as place order and would receive callback. no one called come to find out no order was placed wasted my whole 420 will not recommend or come back total sh#tshow

This store has a great selection, but terrible service. To Go orders are discounted but are never ready when they say they will be. I've placed three to go orders, and each time I've waited longer than patients in the lobby that check in. Express orders take longer than regular orders and the staff just shrugs their shoulders when you call them on it

The very worse dispensary I have ever been,False info about pricing and discount , continue to always have issues with pre orders and never satisfied with out come... never will tell anyone or recommend them to the nirvana center!!!

pretty busy happening location during my visit, friendly quick service. selection was nice , both top shelf strains I picked up had potential, until I smoked them .

probably won't be back for the first time going in there I got seedy tree and they said I got a pre roll for spending 20$ well OK you know how long the raw filters they use that's how much joint I had and the paper was all torn I didn't even know what to do with it thanks anyway smh

This place is terrible. The medicine they delivered was super dry so after calling the number and it being busy over and over I finally spoke to the manager Parker who basically said he was the only person I was able to speak to and if I didn't like their product I didn't have to come back... After a delivery fee and a tip � I will never use Nirvana or Supurb again.

I placed an online order. They gave me a lesser product and overcharged me to boot. this used to be my spot. looks like you lost a regular customer. bad business. eff this place!

Refused to refund me of my money when I received some moldy MPX shatter. Wasted a half gram. All I was offered was a pre roll that are horrible to begin with. Never going back.

Do not see why there is a on line ordering for easy pick up when you still have to wait in the lobby for everyone who didn't do an online order before you who did that????? especially if you did it early to make sure you get the meds you want and need , to only be called back after ALL that and be told.they no longer have what I had RESERVED via on line order....... This place had everything in place before and now it's just chaos tryn get your meds. disappointed.

Absolute trash. They don’t allow curbside pickup even though they made me wait for it and took my order.

Came in for New Years special. got several strains and all bone dry, and burned to a black ash. Even a week with boveda, still dry. Huge selection is overkill.

This is a review of my second and third visits. My bud tender was Mimi. I’m a veteran, and Mimi made me feel appreciated and respected. I don’t go looking for that and normally avoid any attention to my service, but Mimi was so genuinely sincere that I took note of her talent to connect with people. Bravo Zulu, Mimi. Two days later, Sarah was my bud tender. And like Amy and Mimi, she connects with people. My job requires me to talk to people from all walks of life about the most intimate details of their lives. I find it easy to make connections with people, so I notice when others can do the same. Other than the time I spent with Sarah, the thing of note on my third visit was free parking lot tacos! I only took a bottle of water and appreciated that, but it’s cool that Nirvana had a treat for patients and gave a local vendor space to create and prosper. The short review is: whoever does the hiring at The Nirvana Center, they’re doing an outstanding job! To appease the gods of negativity, I’ll kindly ask the facility manager to clean the lobby couches. They’re nasty.
