So this morning just before 9am I figured I would plan ahead and place an order for delivery since I would be home most of the day. Just after 9am I received a confirmation email, it’s best to call to confirm because I have waited all day just to be told they didn’t receive the order, luckily they had. I was quoted a delivery time between 4:30-5:30pm which for a 9am order is absurd in that or it’s self but I overlooked that. 6pm rolls around and I haven’t heard anything but at about 6:20 I received a call that sounded like something you would hear on a sitcom…. Long story short I was told I won’t be receiving my order and was told I could receive it by brunch time Sunday. I declined as there’s several dispensaries that open well before then that would gladly assist me in a purchase. I highly advise not using this service, the few times I’ve gone to the store it’s been a 6/10 at best but don’t advertise a delivery and then make your customer wait all day until other dispensaries are almost closed. Luckily Rise on rt40 was still open so I didn’t have to go a night without my meds which are for insomnia by the way. Either go pick it up from NCW or go somewhere else, unless you have an entire day to waste and feel like playing Russian roulette on whether or not your order will arrive. Hope this helps others avoid the experience I had. COWABUNGA!

Cancelled my delivery order and never notified me. Waited around all day for nothing. Don’t waste your time.

This is one of the worst dispensaries to go to if you’re actually in need of honest, affordable-medicine. Honestly, it’s a big disappointment to the industry and a letdown for the everyday consumer.

Third time in a row that I have been there and they would not or could not honor sale advertised items. Seem like really nice people and I have tried to remain loyal but getting tired of wasting my gas and time driving there for nothing

I want to give a very huge, well- earned "THANKS", first to wonderful BONNIE and her professionalism, excellent customer service, and her unending dedication to step in and help!! 👍👍 I'd like to also THANK ERIN, for her awesome communication, customer service, as well as personalized service and a job, "more than well-done"! Erin does take time to explain things thoroughly, and does actually care about the clients. ALWAYS returns phone calls, and is very accommodating in finding reasonably fast, accurate, resolutions. I, however, still do not understand "why" certain items, particularly RSO, seems to be a "little" more plentiful the day or two BEFORE the Wed & Thurs sales, then on those two sale days, even as soon as placing an online order about 20 min or so after they opened, I get an update msg saying my order has been confirmed. Then, a few minutes later. I received a text msg stating my Leafly order has been canceled because they "do not have" the items in stock.....when I checked the night before, AND again right after they opened the sale day the next morning, and the items showed "In Stock" and then am told they did not have "any" RSO, but if I ".....wanted to go back online and start a new order if there is something else 'in stock' that I would like..dadadsdada....!!" I'm ALWAYS told by ANY employee, the story of "how hard it is to get RSO in, etc." yet, ANY day of the week find a really good selection of anywhere between 4 and 10 different choices of RSO gms, without RAISING the price an extra $5-$10 per gm, then, give you "25% off....'if' they have ANY" in stock. Without throwing anyone under the bus, it seems for almost 2 years now, there have been price games and and a lack of honest interest in realizing there is quite a large community of clients who rely on RSO gms because they can only tolerate 'edibles' due to health or personal reasons. I was shocked to see that awesome, huge menu chalkboard recently had more hand-erased empty spots over the entire board, then they had items "in stock" ON that same menu!! I asked aloud, "My gosh, are you just cleaning the board; I've been coming here since day one, and have NEVER seen that!" I was told by different employees, "We just don't really have much in stock and we don't really know WHAT we are getting, or WHEN...." . Bobby & your staff: AWESOME JOB in redecorating the waiting area, looks & feels natural, always smells nice, is clean! The "OG" staff did not seem like they were 'competing and climbing" over top one another, as opposed to the feel there in the past 2 yrs or so! IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING, INCONVENIENT, MORE COSTLY IN TRAVEL, TO BE FORCED TO SHOP OTHER PLACES ALLLL OF THE TIME!! THOUGH, YOU "CAN" GET GOOD RSO GM SELECTION, SALES, DEALS & PRICING AT MOST (ALMOST ALL) COMPETITOR LOCATIONS! **I have to also note, at the last VERANO "pop-up", you guys didn't even have ANY VERANO RSO in stock whatsoever!!**

It was so nice to not have to worry about going to a dispensary and possibly becoming ill all due to picking up meds? So happy I found this dispensary, that delivered my meds to my door! The driver was a kind older man who was definitely smiling behind the mask! The product, the service and the general vibe was very nice! If you are on the fence, I say do it! Its a free delivery and why not treat yourself? Do yourself a favor and try this first class dispensary!!

Yesterday I called this dispensary trying to find out their delivery process and what to expect, the woman that I spoke to made is seem like it was the easiest thing since sliced bread, she assured me that they’re always on the road, fast delivery, just an overall good business. I listened to her and decided to place an order because it was before 12 and I wanted the PROMISED same day delivery that obviously drew me to this establishment. After waiting 3 hours I received a call from Sarah who says she is the manager telling me that “they can deliver my flower tomorrow morning but they can’t do it today because they don’t have a driver for Parkville”. Uhm, excuse me? It took 3 hours to realize that you’re short staffed for the day? If you knew what drivers were working today why was this not sorted out at 8am when the drivers hit the road? Not only do they have 3 Indicas, they cancel appointments with no warning, no alternatives, just we’ll get to you when we get to you. Sarah’s attitude through it all was disgusting and she was very nonchalant and unfazed; the tone in for voice was almost as if she wanted to say take it or leave it. $170 worth of weed and you can’t make a trip to Towson/Parkville? Save yourself the headache and just go to the dispensary if you’re physically able. This establishment feels more like you’re ordering from the local weed guy instead of placing an order for your medicine that is prescribed. I feel bad for those who are not able to go into a dispensary and have to rely on questionable business practices like the ones displayed to me today.

I feel that medical patients shouldn’t have to wait behind recreational partyers, as I don’t have this wait at other dispensaries that makes this one my last choice .

My favorite place to visit ❤️ they treat everyone like family and give the warmest welcome. Natures care and wellness is one of the best dispensary’s around Cecil county hands down.

Great out support of military veterans. Tommy and staff are super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, making my first time Maryland dispensary visit a breeze. Selection is good and of quality. Now excuse me will I enjoy the recommended Purple Obeah from Evermore ;)

The best dispensary in Maryland! Seems far out? It’s not. Almost everyday they have a rotating $30 eighth. That helps out a lot it gives everyone a chance to have higher price tag eighth everyday. I will not go to another dispensary! Pretty soon they will have deli style fun times seem to be on the way 💚✌️

NCW isn't close to me, but whenever I can I make the trip there because it's worth it! It's the best!
