I want to give a very huge, well- earned "THANKS", first to wonderful BONNIE and her professionalism, excellent customer service, and her unending dedication to step in and help!! 👍👍
I'd like to also THANK ERIN, for her awesome communication, customer service, as well as personalized service and a job, "more than well-done"!
Erin does take time to explain things thoroughly, and does actually care about the clients. ALWAYS returns phone calls, and is very accommodating in finding reasonably fast, accurate, resolutions.
I, however, still do not understand "why" certain items, particularly RSO, seems to be a "little" more plentiful the day or two BEFORE the Wed & Thurs sales, then on those two sale days, even as soon as placing an online order about 20 min or so after they opened, I get an update msg saying my order has been confirmed. Then, a few minutes later. I received a text msg stating my Leafly order has been canceled because they "do not have" the items in stock.....when I checked the night before, AND again right after they opened the sale day the next morning, and the items showed "In Stock" and then am told they did not have "any" RSO, but if I ".....wanted to go back online and start a new order if there is something else 'in stock' that I would like..dadadsdada....!!"
I'm ALWAYS told by ANY employee, the story of "how hard it is to get RSO in, etc." yet, ANY day of the week find a really good selection of anywhere between 4 and 10 different choices of RSO gms, without RAISING the price an extra $5-$10 per gm, then, give you "25% off....'if' they have ANY" in stock.
Without throwing anyone under the bus, it seems for almost 2 years now, there have been price games and and a lack of honest interest in realizing there is quite a large community of clients who rely on RSO gms because they can only tolerate 'edibles' due to health or personal reasons.
I was shocked to see that awesome, huge menu chalkboard recently had more hand-erased empty spots over the entire board, then they had items "in stock" ON that same menu!! I asked aloud, "My gosh, are you just cleaning the board; I've been coming here since day one, and have NEVER seen that!" I was told by different employees, "We just don't really have much in stock and we don't really know WHAT we are getting, or WHEN...." .
Bobby & your staff: AWESOME JOB in redecorating the waiting area, looks & feels natural, always smells nice, is clean! The "OG" staff did not seem like they were 'competing and climbing" over top one another, as opposed to the feel there in the past 2 yrs or so!
IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING, INCONVENIENT, MORE COSTLY IN TRAVEL, TO BE FORCED TO SHOP OTHER PLACES ALLLL OF THE TIME!! THOUGH, YOU "CAN" GET GOOD RSO GM SELECTION, SALES, DEALS & PRICING AT MOST (ALMOST ALL) COMPETITOR LOCATIONS!
**I have to also note, at the last VERANO "pop-up", you guys didn't even have ANY VERANO RSO in stock whatsoever!!**
