This is one of the worst dispensaries to go to if you’re actually in need of honest, affordable-medicine. Honestly, it’s a big disappointment to the industry and a letdown for the everyday consumer.

I want to give a very huge, well- earned "THANKS", first to wonderful BONNIE and her professionalism, excellent customer service, and her unending dedication to step in and help!! 👍👍 I'd like to also THANK ERIN, for her awesome communication, customer service, as well as personalized service and a job, "more than well-done"! Erin does take time to explain things thoroughly, and does actually care about the clients. ALWAYS returns phone calls, and is very accommodating in finding reasonably fast, accurate, resolutions. I, however, still do not understand "why" certain items, particularly RSO, seems to be a "little" more plentiful the day or two BEFORE the Wed & Thurs sales, then on those two sale days, even as soon as placing an online order about 20 min or so after they opened, I get an update msg saying my order has been confirmed. Then, a few minutes later. I received a text msg stating my Leafly order has been canceled because they "do not have" the items in stock.....when I checked the night before, AND again right after they opened the sale day the next morning, and the items showed "In Stock" and then am told they did not have "any" RSO, but if I ".....wanted to go back online and start a new order if there is something else 'in stock' that I would like..dadadsdada....!!" I'm ALWAYS told by ANY employee, the story of "how hard it is to get RSO in, etc." yet, ANY day of the week find a really good selection of anywhere between 4 and 10 different choices of RSO gms, without RAISING the price an extra $5-$10 per gm, then, give you "25% off....'if' they have ANY" in stock. Without throwing anyone under the bus, it seems for almost 2 years now, there have been price games and and a lack of honest interest in realizing there is quite a large community of clients who rely on RSO gms because they can only tolerate 'edibles' due to health or personal reasons. I was shocked to see that awesome, huge menu chalkboard recently had more hand-erased empty spots over the entire board, then they had items "in stock" ON that same menu!! I asked aloud, "My gosh, are you just cleaning the board; I've been coming here since day one, and have NEVER seen that!" I was told by different employees, "We just don't really have much in stock and we don't really know WHAT we are getting, or WHEN...." . Bobby & your staff: AWESOME JOB in redecorating the waiting area, looks & feels natural, always smells nice, is clean! The "OG" staff did not seem like they were 'competing and climbing" over top one another, as opposed to the feel there in the past 2 yrs or so! IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING, INCONVENIENT, MORE COSTLY IN TRAVEL, TO BE FORCED TO SHOP OTHER PLACES ALLLL OF THE TIME!! THOUGH, YOU "CAN" GET GOOD RSO GM SELECTION, SALES, DEALS & PRICING AT MOST (ALMOST ALL) COMPETITOR LOCATIONS! **I have to also note, at the last VERANO "pop-up", you guys didn't even have ANY VERANO RSO in stock whatsoever!!**

NCW goes above and beyond for their customers! They are always wonderful with knowledge and teaching new things! They even helped me back into my jeep when I locked my keys in it!! I would recommend this place to everyone that can enjoy it, their staff is AMAZING!!!

My favorite place to visit ❤️ they treat everyone like family and give the warmest welcome. Natures care and wellness is one of the best dispensary’s around Cecil county hands down.

I LOVE THE DEALS THIS PLACE HAS!!! Don’t go anywhere else!!! The bud tenders are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. In short, they know their stuff!! The owner is personable and makes a point to welcome you personally when you visit! I just wish I lived closer, I would visit much more often! (Today is his birthday, HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAN!!!

Your field marketing manager is extremely rude and did not have a good engagement with her ! It’s disgusting to have someone talk to you condescending and lack of compassion ! I think her name was Sarah, when I tried to speak to a manager to get their name. I don’t know what manager supports the lack of empathy and compassion that you need in order to work here. I will not shop here again.

I've been going here since 2020 and had no problems until they started recreational sales. I was getting overcharged so often, they actually put a note in my file to remind the budtenders, but it continued anyway. Medical patients check in separately and are supposed to be given priority because there's no dedicated register, but if it's crowded the doorperson will let rec customers through first saying "that's what the boss said to do." Emails go unanswered, phone calls are not returned, and the mysterious "boss" they all defer to is never available. Today returned home to find I was sold a broken cartridge. I was told to come back in and the manager would take care of it. After returning, I was disappointed to learn a manger would not be taking care of it, they just put me back in line. As I watched several rec customers going in ahead of me, I asked why I was waiting when it was their mistake that had me return in the first place. They said that is what they are told to do. As a disabled veteran, I was drawn to NCW because they say they are veteran owned, but the lack of integrity displayed shows their veteran owner either doesn't get involved or simply does not care.

BEST STAFF! Hands down budtenders know their stuff and they are very fair in pricing but it feels like going to visit friends EVERYTIME!

Nothing like waiting 45 minutes with 6 people In line. This place cares about money and nothing else. I continue to travel 15 minutes more to accents because of quick in and out and great deals!

just a wonderful place

Can't believe I placed an order here on Friday night at 6pm. Live 100 miles away so pick up was for Saturday morning as I could have never driven that distance before they closed. Arrived at noon to computers down then wait to go to back and be told they don't hold orders and mine was put back and sold. Before 7am this morning I verified that the flower I ordered had sold out. At 9:55 I get a text from Leafly saying now that you picked up your order.???? It appears they sold my order before I could have even picked it up Friday night. Pretty crappy. Will never return here.

Just used the website to use the new in store pick up. I took my time picking from the menu at home and all sale prices were applied when I came in and paid. Always friendly faces at NCW!

All around great place!

I cannot say enough good things about this dispensary... but I'll try. First and foremost, the friendliness and the atmosphere. I feel good as soon as I walk in there. The people that work there make this place. They are so kind and friendly, and it's genuine. There are FANTASTIC people working there! They care about you! If the super cool vibes you get from being there aren't enough, then just look at their sales. NO OTHER DISPENSARY IN MD CAN TOUCH THEIR DEALS. Go on sale days, and order for pickup to guarantee your medicine. This is without a doubt, my home dispensary, and I legit love those people! Can you tell? THANKS NCW!! You are what every dispensary should be! Love you all, see you soon!
