Unless you get a daily veteran or “industry” discount don’t count on the availability of high quality products during their corresponding discount day. In March grams of RSO were available for 60$ before 25% discount, good luck ever seeing that here again. If you’re looking for any flower above 25%? Don’t go here because it’ll be $65 base price. Oh wow they offer deals on quarters? Nope it’s trim garbage. Funny to see them trying to sell $1 grams of stems for tea. Grams of concentrate for $80 LOL. Maryland doesn’t have a recreational market. Save this disgusting behavior and price gouging for the time when it does. Shame on you.

Every time I order a product they always tell me that there out of it but have it posted on there website for sale sounds sketchy to me I ordered pie crust 9/5/20 for it to still be available today 9/6/20. Won’t purchase from this place no more discrimination at its finest.

Everytime I wanna order something online.. they send me a message saying they no longer have it.. but it will be up on the menu still.. for days.. then all the best bud you cant click on it to order it.. NCW is trash. Nearly have ANY good bud and when you do have good bud.. you make it impossible to get .. you cant click on it or you have a little left and the budtenders will LIE and say there's none left.. yet it's right there online.. for days too.. this place is a joke. And that's why I never buy from ncw. This place tips you off then catches an additude when you call them out on there bullcrap. I'm tired of ordering good bud from here just for them to LIE and hold it for themselves. This happens to me so much here. Like I said that's why I'm done with this TRASH dispenser. Bunch of clowns running it.

I mean the reviews here already say it all. You can place an order and they still never have your product. Leafly should drop this place because theres no point they dont fill orders correctly or contact you if they're out of something you ordered. They are chatty no wonder theres alot of waiting. Over priced, I literally travel an hour away for consistancy this place is trash but look at their only compitition in the area is Pharmkunt. I hate it here. Put some of that money your blowing on advertising billboards and cars into hiring someone to maintain the online inventory better. Never again.

Coincidentally the gleaf flower just got sold out the second they opened up the store on there 25% off of flower Tuesday daily deal. Poor business ethics just like most of the other dispensaries in Maryland. The funny thing is that ncw is losing business in the long run. so long ncw I will no longer be a customer.

Based on the reviews, this place seems to be loved by a lot of people. I went for the first time this weekend and was very disappointed. The girl at the front desk was super nice, but then when I got to the back, I just got a super awkward vibe from the girl who “helped” me. I put help in quotations because she basically asked what i wanted and that was the extent of her “help”. Fortunately I do my own research and knew what I wanted before I even went back there. Bottom line: budtenders should be more personable. It’s your job to help others figure out what is going to work best for their ailments, and I just got the impression that this girl couldn’t care either way. It truly was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had at a dispensary.

Sat on hold for half hour listening to the most annoying voice to place an order. Finally gave up bc no one answered. Need to change the annoying voice on the menu.

The website not informative! No one calls you with updated on your order or total! Pick up is your best bet

why are y'alls prices more then ash and ember?

They have a new thing on Sunday’s where you get some of their low stock options at a decent percentage off. Called to check what was left and placed my order. Went to pick it up and the woman rang up both low stock options at full price. Then when I called it out “thanks for noticing” ? LOL. Gave this place a break for a couple of months and this happens. Customer service people....damn.

So I came into ncw about a week ago maybe a lil longer I was a completely blown away at the fact that they didn’t have an updated menu I could look at. I had a short girl w pig tails who was very pushy I went in and just wanted to pick two carts they pretty much picked for me then I asked if I could see a menu and that it was all around me however nothin on the wall is updated so just tell me what u like and I can get u something and I started to get frustrated and said okay well I’m just gonna see if I can see them from the floor looking at the shelf’s and she proceeded to tell me your not gonna be able to see them. I told her I loved Mercyene because it’s fruity and tastes good she told me mercyene actually is peppery and that I should take a picture of the terpene chart on my way out. I do not work in a dispo but I can tell u I’m a pot head mrycene is fruity and mango and beta caryophelline tastes like pepper and it’s for anti anxiety like if ur gonna try to tell me things make sure ur not just spewing bullshit at me bc I know more weed then her. She did go over all the products w me and I ended up gettin one thing I never tried before and something I told her to pick out there were both sub par but that’s my own fault however I think one ur dispensary would run 100 percent smoother if u have paper menus at every station that people can look at and also I expected better service nobody wants to go into a weed store and get pushed around and leave w two things like what the hell did It just overall left a bad taste in my mouth and I would like to come back give it another chance but haven’t had a reason too figured I’d share my review

very upset that your daily deal says 25% off the entire store and your menu and employee say that you have 2 things i want but I am told they arent being sold today... they shouldn't be on the menu if there is only a certain day of the week you will sell certain things.. i will be taking a dribe elsewhere to spend my money today. it's a shame because I like your employees that I have met in the past.

Absolutely awesome care and service. I'm a Marine Veteran from Iraq in 2003, who has PTSD, Chronic Pain, and Anxiety. I'm also an ASA Member. They are professional. Linda, and the employees are amazing. The place is beautiful. I'd recommend anyone interested in medical cannabis to stop in. They will help. Thanks guys. Cheers.

I've been a patient since day one, but the ways the prices are jumping, I fear I'm going to have to go back to pharmaceuticals.... when it works and it's a healthier alternative, it don't take long before it starts to be unaffordable

make you jump thru way to many hops to get delivery. texting clients without identifying who you are and get rude when asking who they are.nope don't do more headache then its worth

why is everything so expensive. this used to be my favorite store until they became the most expensive.

First visit at any dispensary. Pros- nice, clean atmosphere Huge range of products Daily specials Staff seems nice Cons- The individual who took my order wasn’t very helpful. She seemed like she didn’t want to help me, just sell me product Prices seemed high for cartridges. I’ve had one for a week and it’s almost gone. The second cartridge leaked oil I bought 1/8. Weighed it at home and it was only 2 g. Contacted the store about it but never got a response. Will probably visit other dispensaries next time
