Great selection and staff. Matthew was knowledgeable and personable, eager to help, and professional. Highly recommend the shop and his service and knowledge. He was also great at directing other customers, as it was very busy and he kept everything moving smoothly and quickly. On that note, it was a wonderful visit and he kept even the packed store completely stress-free, but--unrelated to the service and only necessary to say in these crazy times: if you happen to be a customer with a condition or concern connected to covid, it is also easy to come at non-peak hours, and it should be much less busy. Just a tip for people trying to skip crowds. Highly recommend the shop!

Yesterday was my second time here but my first time being on the medical side of things. They were so patient and outstandingly nice. I enjoyed every moment there, the prices are AMAZING I can't wait to come back. definitely felt the love in this place. Brian you are an amazing person.

First time at MedMen - Oak Park (have been to one in LA). Decided to give it a try despite being a bit further from home because I was tired of making the trek to a dispensary only to find out that they were out of the product I wanted after waiting in line for up to an hour. MedMen has an online ordering system and a huge selection so I just made my selections (had to wait until the store was open to order online) and almost immediately received a text with my pick up time. The notice came so quickly that I had to ask for a later time because I couldn't get there that quickly. Upon arrival, every staff member I met (and there were many) was friendly and cordial. Alicia served me and couldn't have been more helpful. In and out in about 5 minutes. Just a note, the address is on Lake Street but, the recreational entrance is off the alley at the back of the building. I think I have found my new home!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They took their time to make sure their customers got what they needed. At the same time, they provided a fast service. I also appreciated the way they took precautions for COVID. The staff kept making sure people were standing 6 feet apart. I highly recommend this dispensary.

Worst dispensary I’ve ever been to. Employees were nice, but their system doesn’t make any sense and is non functional so both of the two times I’ve tried to go they have been unable to fill my order, asked me to place another and wait through the long line again. Worth it to go the extra miles to the next closest dispensary. I hope they improve at some point.

WARNING: THEY DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS! Even though THEIR OWN WEBSITE SAYS THEY ARE THE ONLY PLACE IN CHICAGO TO TAKE CREDIT CARDS. Even though it says it ALL OVER GOOGLE AND LEAFLY. Apparently their credit card provider no longer exists. They did not tell anybody. There is a sign inside the store and that’s the only indication that they no longer take credit cards. I can’t believe I just drove an hour in traffic and skipped lunch for this. The manager was very nice, and offered me a discount on my next visit. I appreciate that, but since I drove over an hour to get here specifically because they take credit cards, I am unable to take advantage of the discount. Google and Leafly and Med Men’s OWN WEBSITE (which boasts their main talking point of “we are the only dispensary in Chicago to take credit cards”) needs to be updated with this information! I literally just spent money on gas and parking only to NOT get my order! I am so frustrated! :( Hopefully this will be fixed in the future.

As far as first impressions go, I absolutely recommend Seven Point. I had the pleasure of an intro consultation with Zoe (sp.?) and she was well informed, patient, and made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

Great place and service

Considering this COVID crisis, the experience was pretty simple (but online-pickup in store). Easy and clean inside.

During this difficult time the staff was amazing. The cashier was knowledgeable and friendly.

The ease of placing an order online was great. Rec'd a message when my order was processed and ready for pickup. Great social distancing measures in place, and the line moved quickly. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Seemed like a great setup was in place!

Always have the best customer service around. If you have a question jus call them. If you can't add items to your bag it's because youre probably ordering really late to closing time and they have exhausted all their pickup time slots. Always have a good experience here. Cannot recommend enough

Reminds me of MedMen West Hollywood. Very clean, organized, and on top of their game. Great customer service as well.

Enjoyed the live resin budder but the flower was dry and not a great taste at all CRESCO 4 top notch prices thumbs down not a cheap guy but I can get better flower from the black market and since the riots happened this place and Leafly are making it impossible for rev patients to purchase update the sight want some concentrated can’t even get that SMH

Service is typically very slow. Expect a long wait. Prices are exorbitant even before taxes. Extremely corporate atmosphere. No freebies or deals, because there is little legal competition. If anti-trust laws had any teeth, this type of price gouging would be stopped by authorities. Matthew helped me out big time, he was fast and friendly. He gets credit for all the stars here.

At my last visit I was not charged right for my purchase. I was charged regular price not the discounted price it showed online when I placed my order. I gave my loyalty card to the cashier for my 10% off and after that it showed the price it was supposed to be already so what’s the point of the loyalty discount card?! What a joke! I won’t be going back because of this… ridiculous!

Quick, polite, and efficient. (It beats the hell out of meeting a sleezy guy named Bruno at that dive bar in the back. Dark jeans, Nikes, a blue color I haven't seen.)
