Have bought rhythm weed here a few times already. Just wondering why it's always so dry?

Medical patient, been going here a few weeks, seems to usually have what I want in stock and quick and friendly service. However I was under the impression that orders were reserved for medical patients in advance, and was disappointed when I arrived in store and was told that what I had ordered was out of stock. Quite frankly most of the IL cannabis products are pretty subpar (not the store's fault) so as a medical patient I am definitely particular about what I want to use as there are so little quality products to choose from to begin with.

Loved the location. Very well organized and the staff was friendly and quick to answer any questions you had. Will return. Need to return when supply’s are restocked as day one had quite an influx of people in and out. I look forward to my next visit!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at Seven Point. It started with speaking with uninformed staff members by telephone and being assured they either had or could order strains I wished to purchase. Based upon this information I switched to Seven Point dispensary, a 45 minute drive away, only to be informed shortly thereafter SP had 2 eighths of the strain I wanted but couldn't sell them to me and also could not order more. Additionally I was told the strain they thought could be ordered ... now could not be ordered. Three days later I receive a call informing me they received the strain that supposedly couldn't be ordered. I call to ensure they have in stock and to have it ready for pick up in about an hour. So I drive the 45 minutes to pick up the 2 eighths. Upon arrival, I Iinform the receptionist I'm in a hurry, and there to pick up an order. Instead I'm delayed 10-15 minutes. I finally get the products I ordered and am ready to check out, only to be delayed another 15 minutes due to computer problems, that didn't exist just minutes prior. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes, I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave ... without any cannabis!! Over 3 hours of time invested and lost. Not to mention the tolls, gas, wear & tear on my car. A total disaster from start to finish.

This place is well organized. The lines in the back was a very smart thing to do as a thoughtful business respecting the larger community. The long line was organized to move as quick as possible...staging the process in multiple steps to keep the line moving as fast and efficient as possible while maintaining a great customer service experience. There are so many little things the staff did that demonstrated high respect for customers waiting in a long line on day three. Other businesses could learn a lot from them.

This place is trash. If you’re looking for over priced eatables here is your place. Haven’t had flower since the first of January!! Which was when it was first legalized!! Staff is uneducated, menus are never updated. “Here’s are menu” oh you don’t have much guess I’ll just buy that. “No we are outta of that actually” don’t go here if you’re a true smoker. You’ll be let down. Garbage

Since the Medmen acquisition the selection of flower products has decreased dramatically. Previously seven point had and outstanding selection today it's mediocre. The majority of the men items shown inn leaky are not available at the dispensary. I'm very disappointed and gel the need to find another dispensary. With that said, the staff is excellent and their customer service is to shelf. I really liked the classes and personal though of the staff, I will miss then.

Today January 9th at 6:18pm, I had the rudest associate over the phone. She said her name was Laura. I bought a vape pen around 5:30pm that same day. Within a half hour it stopped working. This is concerning for me because I suffer from PTSD AND SEVER ANXIETY. I called and the associate told me to call customer service and they would get back to me in 24 hours. This is the 2nd time in a row the vape pen just stopped working almost instantly. I replied with out yelling or cursing “this is crazy. This is the 2nd time.” I was going to continue to say “can’t I just exchange it?” Before I could finish my statement. The associate told me “ Well, if this is the 2nd time you know the policy.” I replied “that was a very smart response. Can I speak to your manager?” She then told me “she is not available. I only answered to tell you we were closed (2 hours early mind you). I then asked for her name. She ignored me at first then quickly said Laura and ended the conversation . I was just in the location less than 45 minutes prior and was polite to everyone. I didn’t even understand why she had such a horrible disposition. I have never been treated so poorly. I will never go to Medmen again. This happed at the Oak Park location.

100% best and most professional experience in a cannabis dispensary. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Supply was diverse and the staff explained the different varieties of products with a very helpful tone.

Customer sence is fantastic here. Everyone is very nice and very helpful. Lisa has been helping me a lot since I received my medical card. Love the aroma inside. Very nice and cozy. The staff always offers coffee or water and today when they saw me bring in my own tea they said they will order tea so it's available when I'm there. I live down the street so the location is very convienent for me. They have a loyalty program and they always send out emails with the specials. First time I went the special was one prerolled with purchase of an 1/8. On my first visit they gave me lighters and a pair of marijuana leaf socks; that are so warm and cozy I'm wearing them right now since it's 2 degrees outside. Love this place and I'm so glad I live close.

I love this place but starting to really get annoyed by the half smoked carts they have been selling me. will the quality was as good as the service because I am a medical patient. 🥺🥺

I’m tryna make sense of the whole order online thing. I try to order and the menu never pops up therefore if it doesn’t pop up then you can’t order because the orders are for pick up only. It would be nice if they address as to why this is happening. I can’t rate the atmosphere anything but a one because I haven’t even been in to the store because I can’t order.

Geat atmosphere, nery knowledgable staff. Have had long email interchanges on different strains, with the result of just the right product waiting for me to pick up.

I have been coming to this dispensary since I got my card last August. The staff here know me by name and truly care about me and my misadventures. But it's not just with me, it's with all the patients. I have watched the staff grow into a caring, loving family of individuals that are ready to answer any question that we have. They take all the time we need to help us and I never feel rushed. I love this place and I would never go anywhere else.

Employees are super nice! They go above and beyond to make sure you leave as a happy customer. Fast service too!
