Great experience for my first visit would come again

I have been twice so far and it has been great. Arsenio has helped me both times and he was excellent. Top notch staff and service. Very wide ranging selection of flower, concentrates and cartridges. I don't shop anywhere else

Worst dispensary I’ve ever been to. Employees were nice, but their system doesn’t make any sense and is non functional so both of the two times I’ve tried to go they have been unable to fill my order, asked me to place another and wait through the long line again. Worth it to go the extra miles to the next closest dispensary. I hope they improve at some point.

What a disappointment! I'm a medical customer. The website is not accurate. I've ordered and driven 30 minutes only to be told.. They pulled my items for another customer!! This is such a poorly run operation.

I’ve been going here for years without issue, but there’s been a noticeable change last few months. Their inventory is always low or sold out for many of cartridge brands they used to sell. Not sure what’s going on, but things have definitely changed for the worse.

Bought items that were on sale but was overcharged. Sales associates are slow and not very knowledgeable, and some are definitely worse than others. Lines are usually long because of this. Location is close but not convenient, parking and traffic suck in this area. Taxes are much higher than the level of THC you are buying. Calling and getting help over the phone is a joke. Make sure you check your receipt every time because they will rip you off. If you can find another dispensery, I suggest going there.

As far as first impressions go, I absolutely recommend Seven Point. I had the pleasure of an intro consultation with Zoe (sp.?) and she was well informed, patient, and made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

Usually if my product is out I get a email confirming cancellation of my order. Today I placed my order on the app and received my usual 3 emails, received, order in process and order ready. When I got to medmen I was informed that my order had been cancelled even though I did not receive an email letting me know. Then I was offered several other options, (usually I study a strain, because I prefer sativas) I made a quick decision and was rung up. Now what I was offered was higher in price than what I was gonna pay and not even compensated for the price difference.. I know this may sound petty, but if your running a business you should compensate your customers for their troubles.

Very professional, they have their process figured out to a tea. Always a great selection that is priced well and changes frequently.

Has gone way downhill. Used to be friendly, helpful staff. That's all changed. Sometimes the waits are long. And recently, very small edible selection. I'm looking elsewhere.

Awesome! MedMen blows their competition away! Unbelievably large selection in many different product categories. Totally customer focused, they know what they are doing and make other dispensaries look like amateurs.

As a recent Medical card recipient, I was happy to know there was a dispensary near my home in Oak Park. This was my 2nd visit. Melanie took care of me on my first visit and was super helpful and helped me find some substitutes for some items that were sold out. GREAT experience!!! Today was my second visit and same great service this time Anna and Marissa were super helpful just made the whole experience fast and fun. So great to know I can just ride my bike down and get my medicine. Thanks for being here .. see ya soon .... Felix
