MedMen - Oak Park

The location is great! Parking garage is free for first 1.5 hours and entrance is easy to find once you've been there. Folks working there are great and while the menu is small right now due to shortages, they have enough products to take care of business. I'd love to see them get to the "showroom" style dispensary like CA has but that will take time. Right now, you have to head down a hall where you meet a salesperson who has you check out a printed menu and then they fill your order on a tablet. They're very knowledgeable and can help you make informed decisions and then it's into the dispensary to pick up you order. Less of a shopping experience than a straight-forward, picking up your stuff type of deal but it works.

Oak park suck in general

Placed my first order online and it was in my hands within the hour. Very clean and nice process, can’t wait to order again.

They are only carrying 24% THC or lower. They are letting their stock run down on flower products available. I think they are GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. I asked and they told me they hope to have more within a week. What gives? At least they could be honest with a long time medical customer. Believe me Sunnyside is way better!! So disappointing with Medmen.

The staff was VERY nice to me every time I have been here. The staff is always willing to take the time to thoroughly answer your questions. They are very professional and clearly received great training. The location is also really nice inside. The only issues I had here was that it was a bit more expensive than other dispensaries and they stopped carrying the cannabis product I always purchased so I ultimately left for a different dispensary that had what I was looking for.

Very easy check in and check out with the pre-order. Pre-"shelter in place" lines were not too bad.

I'm a medical cannabis patient and Seven Point has been my dispensary for over a year now. I've visited somewhere around 25x by now, and every time I walk into SP I've been greeted with excellent customer service! There's always genuinely happy and smiling faces, good music, and a chill but professional atmosphere. The staff is very knowledgeable and honest too! I like that they're honest about *not* having tried some products when I ask questions. They don't just blindly praise products for sales, they give real opinions and their own personal anecdotes. The staff will occasionally walkie the rest of the team working there sometimes if they're not sure of something, and you instantly get multiple responses and opinions to whatever you asked. Russell has helped me in particular many times when I'm there and he has always had great strain recommendations based on my current cart or my past purchases. Him and the rest of the staff are what makes this dispensary special- excellent service. Definitely will keep coming back!

They are very professional and knowledgeable. I’m so thankful for them working during the Covid-19 pandemic. Stay healthy and safe guys. I’m not going to complain about the lack of flower or sativa products because that’s everywhere and it’s just situational. MedMen is my choice. An absolutely top notch organization with excellent employees. Due to the Covid-19 dangers you should preorder with MedMen through the Leafly website (NOT the app.) They’ll process the order and send you a 15 minute pickup appointment. Medical gets car delivery from the parking garage. Entrance is through the back which is convenient because there’s free parking in the garage located right beside the back entrance.

I overall like the place and have spent so much money there, but I just called 2/7/24, and the person who answered the phone was so unprofessional. Before saying hello she said we’re cloooosssed and was laughing. I had to drag out of her that they’re closed for 2wks & will be reopening. Then she laughed and I said what’s funny and she said that her friend was doing something. Then she said adios and hung up! Wtf?! Do better

Every time I go to MedMen in Oak Park, I receive amazing service! A chill environment, knowledgeable staff and damn good product. You’ve definitely won over my green heart!

Worth it if you can afford it

Employees are super nice! They go above and beyond to make sure you leave as a happy customer. Fast service too!

I used to shop at Sunnyside in Elmwood Park. That is until I tried Medmen. The exact same 1/8 of flower was several dollars cheaper here. The only negative is that Sunnyside offers Loyalty Dollars for every purchase. Medmen, you listening?

Fast lines and everybody is so nice, it was my second time too. Times are limited between 8am-12pm but honestly I havent been anywhere where the lines are that organized and quick so im okay with it. Understandable that they only let us in through the back, if they were to let us in through lake street we would probably cause traffic so I mean oh well. Not sketchy at all, super great place.

I bounced around from dispo to dispo and ended up at 7pt. Powered by MedMen. This place is about an hour drive from where I stay, and still chose to stay here, even though my area is SURROUNDED by great dispensaries. There is a reason for this. This place literally exceeds expectations on every level. PRODUCT: They STAY with the exclusives. This place literally has the largest selection I have encountered. They carry everything from all the cultivators. And if you’re looking for top shelf, this is the place to get it, and often! They get drops on a weekly basis... SERVICE: The staff here is so helpful and I can’t stress that enough. If it’s great service and attention you’re after, then again, this is the place to go. You truly feel like it’s a personal experience when shopping here as they cater to all your needs. One particular person to watch for if you’re here is Yajaira! Suuuuuper helpful here and an asset to the establishment. She has literally been there for me week after week since the day I joined the dispensary. I’m sure I am not the only person that feels this way, she’s extremely attentive. The whole team really is great. Paul, Mark, Andy, Omar, Arsenio, etc. the list goes on...

Placed an order May 31, and the store closed not 5 minutes before the time slot they gave me. Tried to order again today, since Leafly says the store is open again, but of course it's impossible to add anything to your bag! Getting extremely fed up with the lack of communication, cannot recommend that you avoid this company enough.

What a disappointment! I'm a medical customer. The website is not accurate. I've ordered and driven 30 minutes only to be told.. They pulled my items for another customer!! This is such a poorly run operation.

Please staff your store correctly. Not only were there over 30 people for 3 visible employees, but the security is always on a phone inside while customers get harassed coming in and out of the store by panhandlers. I understand you can't control the panhandling, but why hire security when they sit on a phone and watch videos when customers like me that come often are being threatened to give money right outside? I will be seeking another store if this does not improve. Hire more competent staff inside - there was 1 person and the line had over 20 people! Come on.
