I have been a customer at MedMen for about a year. The service is very good and the staff has good product knowledge. However, my last visit was surprising, I experienced next level customer service by Kristian. She was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and I left the store feeling uplifted. Thank you, Kristian for your outstanding customer service. I know her name because she gave me her card.

Really love going here for my meds. The process is effortless and the workers are always very helpful. Highly recommend ordering ahead from leafly so you know what products are in and out of stock :)

Products, Staff, even the security guard, always make for a pleasant visit. The whole flower is excellent in all breeds. Especially the Indica strains. I'm sleeping like a brick lately with happy dreams...😴

Slow service. Different excuses why.

Everybody was very nice, and they were very clear about the necessary identification prior to my visit. The product is excellent, my only complaint about the whole experience is the product did not seem to be entirely full.

The man who helped me choose products was so incredibly helpful. Very grateful for his kind service! The flower he recommended was a hybrid and he was right… it was perfect for my anxiety. Tysm and I will be back! Very knowledgeable about the state of regulations and about various products. Having experienced recreational dispensaries in CA and doing some research on Yelp beforehand, I knew that no dispensary in NY currently would be able to match how great it is in CA. Still, as far as medical goes, MedMen was a great experience and I look forward to seeing how they expand once the recreational market is up and running in NY.

If you are a medical patient seeking patient centered care, this is not the place to go. Medmen has good medicine/product. However, their “sales” are deceptive and purchase order portals as well as pick-up policies are not readily available to patients at online checkout when the order is placed on a Sunday. This organization is setting itself up for recreational sales and the patient is not their focus. I would only recommend this place for recreational users. I hope corporate can improve patient centered practices. Recreational build out is their priority.

This is a wonderful place I keep coming back to. Good service, wait times are tolerable and the products are on point.

Have enjoyed shopping there with the help of Jim ! Always friendly and gives me great advice ! Loving some of the new strains . Retail of anything is all about customer service in my opinion and I really appreciate Jim’s .

Lux cart 250:1 0.5g was almost 1/4 empty. Love this dispensary but do not think I will purchase these specific carts again.
