MedMen - Fifth Avenue

It was my first time there. The person was very knowledgeable and helpful! The products were less than expected as they recently adjusted them. I did, however, notice my pens were about 75% full. I was all the way home by the time I noticed. I know they can't really be filled tippy top but did not receive what is pictured either. I have sent an email to the company and I hope they can make it right as I would like to keep my business here!

Good quality, safely tested medical cannabis products. There is something for everyone. For fastest service, submit your order and necessary paperwork ahead in plenty of time. Everyone there is professional and polite. Covid mask protocol is observed. The one in Las Vegas is also excellent. MedMen, highly recommend!

The team that works at Fifth Avenue is wonderful - they’re friendly and efficient. I’m glad this is my local dispensary.

I have managed to avoid this dispensary because of what I’ve heard from the industry practices it just didn’t feel aligned with me. I was desperate for a bathroom so figured I’m here, I’ll stop in and buy something. The behind the counter was super rude, in a way that it was clear that he had no idea he was being rude, but definitely need some hospitality training. The experience was, not an experience at all really. The most disappointing aspect was that they didn’t even have a bathroom. This is quite literally the only medical dispensary I’ve been to in the entire country that did not consider their patients when designing their space. The fact that they didn’t have a bathroom really confirmed everything I thought about this company. I know they’re not doing well, and I hope that their bankruptcy is a smooth one.

Everything about the experience was excellent. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and patient. Barbara was fantastic and really helped me make the right choices. Chris and Mark were also extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this shop.

Welcoming if not a tad over the top with their branding. option to speak with a budtender or pharmacist.

This place is ok. The products are a bit pricey but their sales staff named Jelen was the best. She was so knowledgeable and courteous. She was very helpful made me comfortable on my first visit. Will go back just for her.

Such a wonderful experience. Very clean, professional, efficient, friendly and helpful.

Store personnel could care less about helping you. Orders are never ready when you pre-order. You are cattle called to the back of the store to pick up said order, and have the time have to jump through random extra rules that are not federal law.

The service is second to none, familiar, friendly and knowledgeable associates. Wide verity of products, awesome!

Everybody was very nice, and they were very clear about the necessary identification prior to my visit. The product is excellent, my only complaint about the whole experience is the product did not seem to be entirely full.

I have been a customer at MedMen for about a year. The service is very good and the staff has good product knowledge. However, my last visit was surprising, I experienced next level customer service by Kristian. She was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and I left the store feeling uplifted. The products that you recommended are excellent and I am a really happy camper. As an old hippy, I had to laugh at the fact that I could go into a store across from the NY Public Library and by marijuana supplies legally. Life is good! Cesar was so very helpful in directing me to sativa & indica cannabis like the ones I’ve had in the past snd worked well for my cognition & sleep issues… It’s always a pleasure to meet the staff members who have been working with me for 5 years for my neurological condition….

Nice and easy

I like the location. Typically not too long for wait. My only problem with this location is that they run out of their Luxlyte products (esp. pens) fairly quick. I do plan on returning but because I am limited with where I can go. If they kept their inventory stocked and maybe offered more deals I’d be more inclined to refer or go more.
