Was the worst dispensary in town when it was infinite wellness, now they have sold out to LivWell, a corporate chain. Don’t waste your time here, go to Organic Alternatives, Aces place, or Natural Alternatives for Health, and I guarantee you will thank me later.
Everything inside the actual dispensary is fine, it's y'all's website I have a problem with, it doesn't say the precentage of any flower which is a bit frustrating when I just want to order online and pick up in store. Please fix this asap.
Unless you order online plan on being there for at least 30 minutes. The pre weighed flower is the best way to go. In my opinion top shelf, mid tier or pre weighed it's all the same so you may as well not be picky. I will say they have great prices on the pre weighed and their house indica dominate sugar or budder is cheap but tasty. Looks as good as some of the "live" hashes I've seen in town. Another negative is how little of a selection they have and if you're getting hash and don't get the kind mentioned above, be prepared to spread that wallet wide. Moral of the story it's only worth the pre weighed and 21$ hash. People are cool but don't have any pepper in their step. I get they are hourly but we d don't get paid to wait while molasses in winter moves faster. Really they are the motel 9 of the dispensaries. Will still go back, but only when I am close to broke and want quantity or quality. Last thing is, they have the same strains it seems everytime I'm in and they all look a like. It's like buying back in the day on the blk market and you ask the plug what kinds he has. Then he shows you 5 "different" strains that are clearly the same. Find new better flower suppliers and keep up with the strains that are out. But that's just my opinion.

I used to recommend and rave about this place to family and friends until an unfortunate event tonight with their internal communication and customer service. Yesterday, I purchased a cartridge from Infinite Wellness for my vape pen. All was fine until I sat down tonight with it and the entire cartridge was clogged. I called and spoke to a nice woman, explained the situation, and she said it would be no problem. Having returned a faulty cartridge before, I assumed the exchange would be simple. I drove the twenty minutes it takes for me to get there only to immediately be berated about a receipt. The box has the time and date on it that the cartridge was purchased and my phone number also indicated the purchase so the front desk communicated for me to go on back and complete the exchange. The female clerk was immediately skeptical and demanded I show a receipt to exchange the item. I had not brought the receipt assuming my proof of purchase within their internal system and my labeled, dated, and timed boxed would prove that I had indeed purchased that item the day prior. Furthermore, the man who sold me the cartridge was standing right there. She got her manager and they continued to condescend me by questioning my motives for not having a receipt. She literally compared buying a forty dollar cartridge to buying a "large piece of furniture." Very odd. Then, she brought up how I returned a faulty cartridge prior. It is true! I had done that because they sold me a cartridge that caused my pen to not work. The clerk for that exchange was awesome - he troubleshooted the problem with me, discovered the cartridge was faulty, fixed my pen, and gave me a new cartridge! Unfortunately, this clerk thought it was okay to use that as some sort of indication that I was lying about being sold a second faulty cartridge. It appeared even some of the employees were shocked by this exchange, the lack of understanding, and the downright assumption that a loyal customer was lying to them. Very horrible customer service experience. I have loved frequenting this place but cannot support a place that treats their customers with such condescending attitudes. There are many places out there that will except an exchange when the clerk who sold you the product can vouch for it, the box is dated and timed, and the customer provides all the information to indicate truth. Such an unfortunate and strange experience.
This used to be my favorite place....when it was INFINITE!! The prices keep going up and the quality and potency keeps going down. The staff used to be friendly and helpful. Now most of the staff are unknowledgeable on alot of things. I won't name certain budtenders by name, but there are a few who need to keep their ass grabbing and horseplay down. I understand this is a relaxed laid back atmosphere, but I'd appreciate their attention when I'm spending over $150 per visit instead of having to sit and be patient while they finish their gossiping and playing flirty games to each other. Us this a business or a singles club get together? I won't be coming here until these children are no longer around. Maybe implement a no co-worker dating rule there. It would keep things a bit more professional and probably speed up service and gain customer satisfaction points.

Location is easy to get to and a bit more private since it's not in the middle of Old Town. He is by far the best bud tender I have ever worked with. I consider the people at infinite wellness all friends not just someone trying to sell you something. This is a must stop shop if you are ever in Fort Collins or Northern Colorado.
The only place where i can order on line and pickup without having to wait in the long lines. The relationships between the LiveWell web site, leafly.com, and the store (infinite wellness) are severely broken. Navigation is tricky and links arete non-existent. It could be doo much better.
The quality has plummeted since new ownership. Now I have to pick out an eighth of stems from my ounce, they used to do much better job trimming, and have better quality stronger pot. Now the only buds properly trimmed are at a premium price. If things don't change I'll be shopping somewhere else. And I've been buying over an ounce a month from them for a couple years!
This used to be the only place I would go. But they must be under new management and I won't be going back. 1) I'm Native American and the bouncer at the door (who usually asks if you have weapons) asked if I had any tomahawks on me. 2) I lost all of my accumulated points when they switched to a new system. 3) They have stopped offering great deals and discounts like they used to. 4) Their online ordering menu doesn't reflect what they actually have in stock. Tonight I tried to order 4 things that the online menu indicated they had, but they actually only had one of them. I"m official done!

Decent pricing, place was definitely packed. The person who checked our group in was a little off kilter. After getting through the line fairly quickly, it was evident why we didn’t wait long. Our bud tender was pretty rude and didn’t seem like he wanted to help us make educated decisions on what products would best suit our needs. Needless to say, we chose our buds and went home. Sadly the Pre-98 Bubba I scooped up was poorly cured and almost too sticky for my grinder. Not sure I’ll go back, even for the great OG Kush I also grabbed.

I was a dedicated customer of Infinite. When LivWell bought this place, at first I didn't like the change. But they brought with them great deals on flower and wax. So I stayed for awhile. Its been a few months since I was here, so I decided to stop in. I was talking with people in line and they were saying how the flower seems to be going down in potency, and supply always running out. Then we heard a female employee make a comment to another worker, that if the guy she was helping "couldn't make up his mind, then why is he even there, she has lunch to go on and he needs to figure it out" We were shocked. Before the staff was so helpful, happy, and customer oriented. But now it seems that's disappearing. The bad part was this employee who said this, was an employee with Infinite. She was so friendly then. My wife and I enjoyed coming just to be served by her and to chat with her. It seems that the employees are more involved with joking with each other rather and trying to meet up, than focusing on the customers needs. Is this why the lines are so slow moving? I wasn't going to write a review, But after talking with my wife and people in line, I felt I needed to and at the same time, never return here again.
I'd give zero stars but I had to give something to do a review.

LivWell used to be a decent dispensary. They had okay weed for extremely cheap. Now they have okay weed and have raised the price 70% over two months. Getting 16% buds that are really small and look like shit isn't really worth 120 dollars an ounce. I've gone exclusively to LivWell for about 2 years now and won't be back until they drop their prices again.
They had reasonably priced shwag. Now it is double the price and same quality. Good luck with that. Was my fave place in town until it was bought by livbad. Quality went straight down the drain.
Their prices have skyrocketed, and when you order through the leafly app, it gives you no strain or potency information.

Thoroughly upset with the service I received here. I had questions about the strains available and was told that I needed to make a decision fast and was spoken too extremely condescendingly. I was rushed into buying an eighth that once I got to my house and looked at was a mess of stems and trimming more than good nugs. I also bought a pack of cheeba chews that once I saw were the wrong ones I had asked for... Rude service and poor product in the end. Upset. I was excited to go here...

The Bruce Banner is exceptionally well this time! Perfect density, great smell, and trimmed wonderfully. Doreen was quick and polite as usual. Jackson took the time to make sure there were no stems or shake. My favorite bud tender Kayla wasn’t there this time, but Jackson was on point! All of you keep up the good work!

This is my most favorite place to buy from. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The building is professional and fun. It doesn't matter what time it is I never wait. They always have enough staff to keep everyone happy.
Khrystian at the online pick up counter rocks! He was super helpful clearing up some one line ordering questions I had! Thanks dude!
Been going exclusively to Infinite for 6+ years on a weekly basis. Since Liv Well’s terrible “take over”, I’ll NEVER return to this store. I could care less about the low quality prices Liv Well promotes.
