Service and atmosphere are nice, but since Livwell bought them, things have skipped a lot. No more good medical stains (no Bruce Banner, g13, og kush, no pre98 Bubba kusk). Obviously here for the money only now, and they rarely give you what you pay for. Preweighed bullshit you can't see and has been under weight 4 out of 5 times. I verified weight with two triple-beam balance scales and was u Der by a quarter to half gram. They refuse to verify weight which is questionable. Too bad they ruined the best medical dispensary around to line their pockets at the expense of medical care holders. Luckily there are still some around that don't rip you off with their preweighed antics.

The online doesnt ever update on deals. The atmosphere is pretty good but miss the great music that once was.....prices are now inflating and all promises of better bud are broken because ITS THE SAME STUFF AS BEFORE.

I like the location. Yet it is in a high traffic area, and the signs could be a little larger and easier to read while driving by at 35mph. It doesn't stop me from going though because it is the highest quality product, and best prices in town. Plus the staff is Awesome, and the security is a good thin especially in the parking lot.

Been going exclusively to Infinite for 6+ years on a weekly basis. Since Liv Well’s terrible “take over”, I’ll NEVER return to this store. I could care less about the low quality prices Liv Well promotes.

No one seems to know how to keep the online system updated. Every time I order, they are always out of stock of the product in-house. Very frustrating and time-consuming, while completely defeating the purpose of online ordering. Quality of Flux BHO/PHO concentrates has diminished dramatically over the last year, in addition to a strange aftertaste to Flux concentrates. The place for you if you like cheap products and little to no customer service.

I love ordering online and skipping to the front. I swear I ordered online and went to pick it up, I was in and out in less than 6 min.

Katelynn was very helpful and answered all my questions about CBD products for chronic pain relief. Ending up buying Dixie's Synergy Balm, awesome product. Also love the Coda Coffee and Doughnut chocolate bar.

The Bruce Banner is exceptionally well this time! Perfect density, great smell, and trimmed wonderfully. Doreen was quick and polite as usual. Jackson took the time to make sure there were no stems or shake. My favorite bud tender Kayla wasn’t there this time, but Jackson was on point! All of you keep up the good work!

IWC is my favorite dispensary. Great quality. Great prices. Friendly bud tenders. Online ordering is awesome. Highly recommended. 😊

One of the all time worst experiences I've ever had. Bums outside, The whole setup was just awful, line down the middle and everything else all around you, the budtenders were screaming across the room, people were walking past me and bumping into me and the security guard smelled really heavily of BO it was so awful. The atmosphere alone sent me into a panic attack and I luckily had a plastic bag in my car so I didn't get sick in the overwhelming and unkempt store. Have not tried the weed itself but I honestly don't care. The service was so bad.

I go to your store a lot, because it's one of the only stores in the area that carries Eureka distillate. Today I decided to go around 9am and the line was out of the door. Which is totally fine, however, there were only two bud-tenders working, and at least 5 or 6 other employees just standing there doing nothing. Not cool. People have places to be, and I know that I can just order online and pick it up, but if you have employees standing there doing nothing, and a line out of the door, then there's a big problem.

Get better marijuana and it would be worth it. THC percentage is too low. Prices are okay though.

Merry Christmas to me I guess. My pre weighed 1/8th I picked up with my online order was packaged December 17, 2018 and was dry and lifeless. The employees were very friendly and the online order process was very convenient, but I will be going elsewhere.

My favorite after trying many. Staff is friendly, educated and helpful.

Unfortunately I am forced to discontinue my shopping at this dispensary. They have not only increased the prices of their pre-weighed bud, not once but now twice. They stated the first increase was just for the summer. Now that classes have started they did not bring their prices back down but raised them. Before they would sell an oz for around $60, now they are charging almost twice. Sorry but the business term that up selling current clients is easier than getting new clients is not true. This is going to drive away a large amount of their customers, given many of them are college students. Many of which have been sharing the same complaint as I have. Back to Denver to get good deals on bus, how unfortunate.

What can I say, they are the best! Quality is beyond reproach and the service is consistently great. A must stop!

Love this place! Great selection, Professional staff, and Great deals. Would definitely recommend this place.

My go-to rec dispensary. The flower is high-quality and consistent, so it's easy to anticipate the effects/flavor/appear of your fav strains. It does get pretty busy in the evenings, but if you know exactly what you want, you can place an online order and go straight to checkout when it's ready.

By far the best store in town. Charles and James were friendly and very helpful since it was my first time in. Gabe spent a lot of time going into great detail about all of my options. Excellent staff and product. The snoop og flower was amazing.
