I was a dedicated customer of Infinite. When LivWell bought this place, at first I didn't like the change. But they brought with them great deals on flower and wax. So I stayed for awhile. Its been a few months since I was here, so I decided to stop in. I was talking with people in line and they were saying how the flower seems to be going down in potency, and supply always running out. Then we heard a female employee make a comment to another worker, that if the guy she was helping "couldn't make up his mind, then why is he even there, she has lunch to go on and he needs to figure it out" We were shocked. Before the staff was so helpful, happy, and customer oriented. But now it seems that's disappearing. The bad part was this employee who said this, was an employee with Infinite. She was so friendly then. My wife and I enjoyed coming just to be served by her and to chat with her. It seems that the employees are more involved with joking with each other rather and trying to meet up, than focusing on the customers needs. Is this why the lines are so slow moving? I wasn't going to write a review, But after talking with my wife and people in line, I felt I needed to and at the same time, never return here again. I'd give zero stars but I had to give something to do a review.
