Yesterday they were selling shake, which was mostly sweet leaf and had obviously never been ground, at the higher price as ground flower. When i asked the company to honor their own definitions, they refused. They didn't just refuse though, they just let me stand there waiting, and the managers who were refusing to keep the company's word, refused to appear, and I had to keep checking to see if they made a decision.
