This place was hands down my Favorite place to purchase medicine. It has moved to my last favorite place to go in less than 5 months. 1,000 loyalty points us to get you a free OZ. Then they changed loyalty points on loyal customers in the middle of there points and wouldn't let redeem for original loyalty deal!!! How is that even fair?! Moved the deal to 1/2 OZ for 1,000 points. Was in the store Sunday! Reached my 1,000 point limit. Today was told I will not be able to use my points for that anymore. lol Now on top of all that they raise prices on us and give us the same amount. Man oh Man, Debbies what happened? Customer service and loyalty is nothing this place resembles anymore. It's a shame. They're all about the $$$

I’ve always sworn that debbies is the go to place! I even drive down from Tempe! I got an eighth of the Mohave reserve “Jilly Bean” I am just shocked at how dry the private reserve was... like dirt... blows my mind!!! I spend 130 dollars at debbies and was not satisfied with ANYTHING. This has never happened to me at debbies. lost a loyal customer!

Two strains with very low grade THC flower available, “WTF”!! It looked like they were going out of business!!?? Way to many other places to go!!

I drove almost 13 miles to get there called to confirm they were open the lady answered said we open till 10pm finally get there 5 min till 10 and knocking on the door and they looking at me and ignored me the whole time I buy all my product from debbies but they lost my fucking business

One of the worst ran dispensaries I have been too. This is now my third time here and I officially won’t be back. You guys need to hire people who care about the job or the owners need to step up. This is the laziest hands down dispensary I’ve ever been too. There is never product they say they have on the menus and they changed there Saturday deal to barely even a deal as well. Just horrible customer service and always letting the patient down. Never have I been asked to make up for any of this. It’s just ridiculous. Step up your game.

Hate the increases just means I'll only buy whats worth $44 the wedding cake and the cream pie kush. Everything else not worth $44. Can we grow more Wedding cake and creampie so it isn't always out. rest you should drop to 30 an eighth.

It’s not even the price increase that gets me. I was in the day before they changed their point system with no notification about the upcoming change. Had they communicated with their customers I would have used my current points and would still be coming back. As it is, the points are worthless to me and I haven’t been back. All it would have taken is a small amount of communication and you’d still be getting my money. Oh well. I wish you luck.

Woooww!!! This used to be the place to go. Would even drive out of my way just to buy meds here! I pull up and you have raised your prices on flower and concentrate with no heads up or warning, as well as changed your points system. Someone "smart" should have increased the prices across the board instead of gouging your flowers smokers and pushing your "tax" on to the patients. All the txts you guys send out you couldn't have at least warned your loyal patients? Will not be shopping here anymore! Don't need a response, Thanks!

With all the madness you would think management or owners would have had some sort of organization. Very unhappy with the way things are being run. It’s a Drs office not a party spot.
