JARS Cannabis - North Phoenix (Med/Rec)

I am autistic and wear headphones to help block out sensory curs that cause me stress and even pain. Debbies no longer lets me wear my headphones, and I was told it did not matter and was company policy. I cannot afford $240 for 1/2 oz of medicine that does not even medicate me or taste like anything, but the last time I was there that was the going rate. Debbies does not care about creating a safe, comfortable environment for medical people like me anymore, so I will no longer support you all either. Have fun being a pot bar because that is obviously what you want to be. And please do not pretend to publicly care since your upper management never responded to my private feedback, so do not pretend to care to save face now.

This place was bad before recreational sales but now this place is terrible. If you are a medical patient strongly suggest going any where else, it’ll be cheaper and better quality.

Unbelievable..you guys have been raising the prices for the past year plus and now you are again. You're shop is too small for recreational and now the medical patients suffer. You guys are making money hand over fist and yet you keep sticking it to us. Im done and will never recommend you to anyone.. you guys are a complete JOKE. Go back to lake Havasu!

I can't believe they would take away all medical deals and sales. Not to mention no more DA discount and all high prices , everyone isn't kidding when they say you can find better weed for way cheaper at so many other locations. I used to like debbies before rec but now I'm never coming back.

Us patients need to come together and SUE these dispensary’s for price gouging medical patients. Last I checked we are still in a pandemic

It was my favorite but after the selfish price hike to medical patients after being assured our cards would prevent that and clearly it was a lie. Then to put “15% off of a hiked price is a hot pot of BULLSHIT. It’s been real but I won’t return. The Percentage in the thc isn’t high enough to charge that much. I rather put that money in my tank and drive to Cali! It’s been real until the compassion got real fake! ✌🏾✌🏾

Terrible bait and switch. One price one day and changed the next. Quality went down and prices went up. Deals on the point system have basically been removed. If you previously had points they are of no value. Spent approximately 700$ a month here and I will be taking it somewhere else 100%. All pre rolls that are given for freebies are weeks old. A few good strains and customer service used to be good. Now all you hear is sorry this is all we have and sorry the prices went up. Going out of business sale coming soon.

Please explain how you have 8th for $50 and $60, but the dispensary a couple miles from you has the same trees for $40 an 8th? Medical pts kept your doors open when u almost went out of business right before covid and this is how you do us so so sad!!!! I will never spend another 💵 w you. Mint is opening a dispensary on Union hills in 2 weeks I can't wait!!!!!!

it's a shame Debbie's has to have employees/family members/and friends putting 5 star reviews to combat their bad move.

Are you actually kidding me? $20 for a gram of mediocre bud? Ya know, you're not on the boardwalk in Venice Beach, and don't even try to set a precident here.. get a little bit real.

I have been going here for about 2 years. Recently, they have decided to go rec as of March first. Since then, prices have gone up 10% across the board. They also push single grams for 14 instead of packing them Ilin 3.5s so you have to pay more. Stock as of late has been lacking 100%. Do NOT drive here without calling first and making sure they have a LOT of stock. Super frustrating, can't use points or take advantage of deals with no flower available. As of March definitely will no longer be visiting. Sorry for the med patients. Mojave is a good flower.

Where everyone is family and pays up the bum for mid grade meds

This place is a joke they are just trying to keep up with any dispensary in the valley because they have poor management. Would recommend spending money somewhere else forsure

Quality is very good of product, but I’ve been going to both Debbie locations for 2+ years and they are always raising the prices, changing the reward system, and changing anything that makes them more money. This place is not about the customers at all. The product is good but 1g of Shatter is not worth 32$ and an oz of weed should not be over 300$. I’ve stopped going to Debbies as there is just as good quality for way cheaper around. The shatter they now charge 32 per Gram for used to be 15$.

Barely 24 hours ago the lady who checked me out said I could come back when there was more options & use my 3rd time patient deal, a day goes by and now all that’s out the window??? I tried calling multiple times before they closed Sunday to make sure too because you’re far from me I wouldn’t drive up for nothing. Only reason I even kept it was because you guys have NO options on flavors. Telling me one thing then changing it hours later not cool! I was tryna save it for literally just 2 more days on my birthday & come in and CASH OUT on the zip but no y’all can’t honor your own word.

Worst wait times and customer service and flower

I had a very bad experience at Debbie's Dispensary in Phoenix. I found their dispensary about 3 months ago. I received a good deal for a medical marijuana first time purchase. On the first visit they sold me 14 grams of flower and I received 14 grams free. On the 2nd visit, they offered 20 percent off flower, and the offer for the 3rd visit was supposed to be the same as the first. I went today to get my 14 grams and 14 grams free, and they told me " Oh sorry, that deal went away. I receive texts from them daily and have never received a notice or text saying their medical deals had changed. I explained to them that I had to drive a long way to their store, and it is hard for me at 76 yrs old with a disability and also I'm a vet. You would think they could have said ok we'll do this one time and honor their verbal deal, but instead they were very rude about this and did not honor their verbal contact. I have 5 friends who go to Debbie's now, but they have assured me that they will no longer shop their. Your deals for medical patients shouldn't change just because you went recreational.

The only good thing about this place is Travis. I have been a neighbor and customer since Debbie's North Phoenix opened. A day one customer and now I have no respect for Debbie's you promised us med patients wouldn't suffer from the rec market but that was the first thing they did was make us suffer insane ridiculous pricing. Screw you Debbies.
