The more I think about it, the more pissed off I get. This time last year I could get a quad for $50 on the good shelf. Now basically only 1tier @ $50/8th. I haven't had to pay $50 an 8th since I was in high school 15yrs ago. Spent hundreds a month here for years. Not anymore. So disappointed. But they don't care, all sorts of new money from Rec. I guess it's F the customers that helped keep you from becoming another Harvest.

I had a very bad experience at Debbie's Dispensary in Phoenix. I found their dispensary about 3 months ago. I received a good deal for a medical marijuana first time purchase. On the first visit they sold me 14 grams of flower and I received 14 grams free. On the 2nd visit, they offered 20 percent off flower, and the offer for the 3rd visit was supposed to be the same as the first. I went today to get my 14 grams and 14 grams free, and they told me " Oh sorry, that deal went away. I receive texts from them daily and have never received a notice or text saying their medical deals had changed. I explained to them that I had to drive a long way to their store, and it is hard for me at 76 yrs old with a disability and also I'm a vet. You would think they could have said ok we'll do this one time and honor their verbal deal, but instead they were very rude about this and did not honor their verbal contact. I have 5 friends who go to Debbie's now, but they have assured me that they will no longer shop their. Your deals for medical patients shouldn't change just because you went recreational.

Flower is trash , got a 220 half and smokes like mids never going here again !!!

Treat your patients better the ones with medical cards

I picked up some white 99 and it is the worse flower I have seen come from here. I didn't know I paid for a popcorn nug 3.5 and when I got home and opened it up the stems I had in it was so disappointing. I literally am so disappointed I don't even wanna smoke this. the worse flower I have ever had in state

Super disappointed in the direction Debbies is going with their price hikes and FTP deals being halved. Even more disappointed that all the rewards points were also almost halved. Congrats for being a regular customer I guess?

I used to love coming here and did not mind driving half an hour to 45 minutes every week to either location and spend 2 to 300 bucks a visit. now they raised their prices and the points system? not worth my time anymore. gonna be shopping closer to home.

The CEO of this company, Curtis, is a terrible person who is actively exploiting his loyal customer base and staff for personal gain. Gotta love the legal cannabis industry!

The new staff suck one of the new girls wears offensive face shields real rude I was a everyday customer I will not be returning due to rude new staff members only good staff is sierra and Scott all new staff are unprofessional and rude specially the girl with the dreads in her hair who wears bullshit face mask never returning

quality is middle of the road, service is sloooow and the atmosphere is.. eh.. this place use to be my home shop but since they started gouging the prices I haven't been back. 50 for an 8th? Strong pass... we all want the old debbies back..

I’ve been coming to Debbies for months. They haven’t even updated they’re inventory. Same strains every week. They are always out of product at this location. Then out of no where they change prices and the 3.5 grams they tried to sell me for 44 dollars looked like the bottle was only 3 quarters full. This place doesn’t deserve anymore of my money. I’ll go find some where else to be a regular..

This place sucks!!!! When I first started going here they told me all about the point system & how awesome it is. So I start saving my points . After selling me on points they change their point system so what I was saving for no longer applies.

I hear rumors of a class action lawsuit against dispensary that raised their prices prior to Prop 207’s certification. Debbies was one of the first to raise prices on medical.

Get ready to wait, even if you're medical and order online.

Disappointed in the reaction to being overcharged. As someone who works in the dispensary field and understands how to treat a customer when I myself am the one that made the mistake it was really disappointing to hear their answer. Overcharge $10 and that was that. Did not honor the deals online and was given a pretty basic run around and blaming it on the systems website instead of offering a solution. Overall very unsatisfied.

Let’s face it, medical cannabis that is sold through dispensaries sucks, straight up sucks. Awful shit that should not be called medicine. When we know the potential for cannabis and settle for this stuff AND defend the price AND defend the quality... you need to take those people as a grain of salt. For the quality you get at Debbies it’s not worth $10+ per gram... or anywhere for that matter. If you are willing to compromise on quality across the board then you get a medical card and purchase from a dispensary. That being said, you need to figure out a way to pedal your AVERAGE MEDIOCRE “medicine” at a price that reflects the care and knowledge that went into growing it, 3-6 dollars a gram would be a start lol. $44 for an 8th with seeds?? Nicely done 👏👏👏

This place is all about the money Stuff that use to sell for 25 up to 40 is 60 but 15% off for medical . So u raised the price to act like it's a deal . Debbies u suck

This place was hands down my Favorite place to purchase medicine. It has moved to my last favorite place to go in less than 5 months. 1,000 loyalty points us to get you a free OZ. Then they changed loyalty points on loyal customers in the middle of there points and wouldn't let redeem for original loyalty deal!!! How is that even fair?! Moved the deal to 1/2 OZ for 1,000 points. Was in the store Sunday! Reached my 1,000 point limit. Today was told I will not be able to use my points for that anymore. lol Now on top of all that they raise prices on us and give us the same amount. Man oh Man, Debbies what happened? Customer service and loyalty is nothing this place resembles anymore. It's a shame. They're all about the $$$

other places sell mohave 30 an eighth this place is charging double the price.

even tho price change few dollars more on 8th . sucks cuz when getting bulk price jumped 30 more dollars wouldn't b so bad if stil had the 200 zips.

Just terrible! Nobody cares about customer service here (not to mention crazy prices). STOP MARKING YOUR DISTILLATE AS BUDDER AND NOT CHANGING ANYTHING WHEN WHEN YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE UPSET! DO YOUR JOB UPDATE THE DESCRIPTION. SOGN OF BAD MANAGEMENT NOBODY CARES THRY LAUGH WHEN I WAS MAD!! They miss mark stuff on Leafly they don’t even care that they messed up I waited 20 minutes and they didn’t even care I waited or offer anything for my wasted time on there mistake.
