I used to love this place. The atmosphere has changed, it feels dull and I spend WAY too much money at this facility to not be able to get my points (for years now.) Hoping things get back to how they used to be.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rachel is always very knowledgeable about the product and makes great recommendations based on my specific needs. This is a rad store!

My experience with this dispo was HORRIBLE!!$ I ordered online for $160 , asked if they had any first time discounts or senior discounts, and was told we give good enough deals to everybody we don't need to give discounts !! Well excuse me ?! Im just shocked!! The staff was so rude from the second I got out of the car, I parked in front I had a cigarette in my hand and was going to put it in the ashtray they have next to the front door . Lady comes running out the door and says ma'am you can't smoke here! I apologized and she said "well you really should just know better it is the law"Cashier was rude, bud tender even worse. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I do a lot of Google reviews and Trust me HOTBOX is def getting one!

Loved the helpful worker we dealt with! The girl who checked us in went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable while we waited our turn in line. We will definitely be making frequent visits to hotbox farms for all our cannabis needs 💚

You should do what you say you will do when you rip off customers. Still waiting to get my two grams of grand daddy purple. Have been told now by three separate employees I'll get a call back. First it was that night, then it was at 9:30am when manager gets in. Never happens, I call at 10am and they say can take up to 3! days! Not cool! More to follow until this gets fixed.

great staff and prices

I have several times now placed an order online got my confirmation and go pick up notice, but when I get there they have already sold out. Last time I purchased an oz. it was nothing but a starter factory all seeds and stems. What a waste of money

The young lady that kindly, talked me into trying "London Pound Cake" in .5 Disposable Vape....oh my!! This indica hits me like a Sativa at first, maybe first 10 minutes. Then gradual, safe feeling of actually falling. Going g through all of my life, seeing parts that made me happy, laugh, cry, or no feelings at all. Just an imagine. Nothing every life threatening or scary. Weird & hard to describe. Then I play mellow 70's rock....and I'm gone. Lost. Free. About best vape Ondica I've ever hit!! Wish I could have bought 10. Not nearly enough $$ But next time, I'm getting 4, for sure. Thank you to the girl who recommended it to me. It hit exactly how I hoped.
