Very professional group of employees. Knowledgeable about strains and how they affect one. Great atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door. Appreciate the mask policy too. I particularly love being able to purchase online and walk right in. Thanks for doing such a great job with the industry and treating you customers well. I hope the employees are treated as well🙏

The staff is amazing and always willing to help and answer questions. Product is top shelf. Ive been a repeat customer for a while! My only complaint is the website. I prefer online ordering. In the recent past it has been great.... Latley the Leafy 3rd party website has been a complete fail. It use to be very informative. Now..... Not so much. Thank God for your staff! They are very knowledgeable and are more than willing to take the time to take care of you. Will always be back, but please update your website.

I love Hotbox! I've been to every dispensary in Ontario and they're all pretty nice, but Hotbox is my favorite. They have amazing ounce deals, and they're always really friendly and efficient. For the first time in over a year of 100% accuracy I went in to a super busy store. There was a little problem with my order- I let them know and they immediately took care of it quickly and politely and even offered a little coupon to make up for the whoopsie :) That kind of customer service is really appreciated. Highly recommend Hotbox and chatting with the budtenders- they're all very cool and know a lot about the product. They have amazing recommendations 👌

The same great service from their Huntington shop has transferred to this Ontario location! I have been shopping here for about 5 years, and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

The employees are always friendly and very understanding to what each individual is seeking.

The prices are ridiculous. 300+ dollars for an ounce. Unless you wanna buy shake. I've seen the "Artisan" flower 420$. What a joke.

You should do what you say you will do when you rip off customers. Still waiting to get my two grams of grand daddy purple. Have been told now by three separate employees I'll get a call back. First it was that night, then it was at 9:30am when manager gets in. Never happens, I call at 10am and they say can take up to 3! days! Not cool! More to follow until this gets fixed.

Bill was amazing! he knows what he's talking about and helped us alot with any questions we had. We saw him twice and he gave such awesome stains to try and we loved them.. if you see him I definitely recommend 👌

Tez is a fantastic bud tender and provides excellent advice.

My wife ordered some tinctures as part of my order. When I arrived, I was informed tha t my order was incomplete. I appreciate that they emailed me to tell me that they sold some of my order. I just was annoyed that parts of my order were sold.

made scared even asking for help after he said he had a short fuze that anything can get him to explode from the tone of his voice the budtender was not friendly he wore a American flag shirt lite green a hair back

I've been there hundreds of times usually always awesome however very irritated by the last budtender she could care less and when I got home realized she had given me the wrong order gave me some bs rose colored stems when I asked for nightmare cookies it tasted like ass first complaint so far though I'm just pissed because it's an hour drive so just threw it away instead of driving back
