Do not trust online orders! They short your product and charge full price. They refuse to check your order at the register. 3rd time ripped off this way. I let the other 2 go. BUT come on! Managers will not return calls. OPEN ALL PRE-ORDERS in the store. Preorders are not a time saver when they short you 50% of the time.
I have been going to hotbox in Ontario since they opened. I have always loved it, that is until recently. The last two times I have been there I have received a very bad product. I bought the strawberry adabinol and when I got it home it had separated and molded. Called the store and they said bring when you come back in and we will swap it out. So we brought it back and the toll 99% off of it but I still had to pay a small amount to replace it. I was fine with that until I got home and discovered this bottle was the exact same way. Call the store and we’re told to bring it back when we come in. That is unacceptable at this point. They have 100% lost me as customer as it’s obviously going to keep happening and by the time I try to replace it again I will have paid more than the original bottle. They are aware that the product is bad and they have done absolutely both to try to keep us as customers. Be warned, do not buy edible products form this store!

The selection of flower is better then the other dispenceries around the area. Except we could use higher thc and lower costs... But you won't get stabbed here, you won't be assaulted by a worker. Like a "Burnt pos" And you won't pay God awful prices like at "ology" with 2 locations about 30 minutes apart and the CBD store. You'll always find a friendly face here at Hotbox Farms.

This store is simply a tourist attraction and it is operated as such. It has established its customer base from the original store in Huntington where they had developed a monopoly on the eastern Oregon cannabis market (the customers are not receiving the quality of they are lead to believe, but do not know any better). On most occasions the store has the staff available to take the time to show you any products you're interested in, but do not be fooled. What the bud-tender has presented is not what you'll receive when your purchase is assembled.

Not sure what happened to their quality...but woah it went WAY down. Looked at over 20 strains and was so disappointed. Last time hotbox gets my money

These young folks have really out-done themselves during this ominous world shutdown. As a local in our small dispensary community, I see, quite often, the amazing things they do. Hands down, they are more professional than any other place in town. Each time I call to see how busy they are at that moment, they answer with ease. I appreciate this so sooo much being an Ontario local, and not wanting to be wedged into a crowd of unfamiliar faces. This team of people bust their butts to make sure their consumers are genuinely satisfied before leaving the building.
THANK YOU FOR TAKING OUR ORDERS IN THE POURING RAIN! Those working wet-curbside are why we chose to keep coming back to Hotbox Farms. Always 100%.

customer service is horrible! ripped me off and has yet to take care of it. 2 grams of grand daddy shatter short and the gas and time its cost me is double that. I know you have cameras and keep tight inventory so chekc your stuff and fix your mistakes.
Everytime i order i get a message sorry were out of that flower. So i just started going to top crop way better
We keep finding major discrepancies when placing pick-up orders via Leafly. For instance, products marked as Hybrid on Leafly, but they are actually marked as Indica on the packaging. I just don't understand why we can't get this together and keep inventory properly categorized and updated. It's 2024.

Their online prices do not match their in store prices. I looked online for a cheaper oz, was $65 online. When I got to the store, they charged me $90. Look out for faults advertisment. Hotbox really needs to get on updating their stuff when it comes to customer service.
I had ordered the wrong battery for the cartridge that I was buying, the lady at the front desk caught my mistake and corrected it for me! I really appreciated her!

This is my go to place, the budtenders are always upbeat, they know their stuff and the always are happy to see me. I patronage both your Huntington and Ontario locations.
Excellent experience at HotBox Always greeted with a smile, Always helpful in making sure you get the best deals, Very Awesome Staff. Would Highly Recommend HotBox to Anyone, wether it's your first time there or your eighty eighty-eighth time you'll leave 😁 smiling.
You guys need to make more low THC with a little CBD in it like 10 percent or 15 percent THC with .8 or 1.0 CBD that be awesome. Please guys for the medical people

Shout out to Jay for being such a knowledgeable, chill, and patient bud tender. I brought my wife to have her first experience buying cannabis from a dispensary. Jay took the time to make her feel comfortable by answering all of her questions and showing her recommendations based on what she told him. He did a kick ass job! Also, the quality and wide variety of flower is top notch!
Shout out to Focus North and Yerba Buena for growing such incredibly frosty and dense medicine! Some of the most delicious bud I have ever smoked!
Keep Terple and Silver Hawk stocked up because we will be back!

Great deals, great product
I got lied to and ripped off. I paid 81 bucks (after discount) for what was supposed to be an ounce of mimosa flower tops. What I got was about 6 tenths of an ounce of B buds and about 4 tenths of an ounce of shake. I had to use the curbside pickup because of health problems. If I had watched them weigh this out, I never would have accepted it. I drove over 60 miles home, looked at the weed and couldn't believe how they screwed me. So I called the store, and said I had a complaint. Did they try to make this mistake right with me? Fat chance. After a long wait, the saleslady came back online and said the manager would call me back. I waited an hour, and called back again. They promised to have the manager call. I waited another four hours, till the store closed. I am still waiting for that call. Their idea of customer service is to ignore you. They promised me flower tops and gave me tiny B buds and shake. They wanted ninety dollars for this crap before the discount. I will never do business with Hotbox farms again. They take your money and could care less if you don't like what you get.

This place sucks. Did an online order. They gave me a $40 edible instead of a gram of concentrate dab. They didn't want to fix it even tho they were out of what I wanted and so I guess they just threw whatever in the bag. I don't eat edibles. They didn't fill the order right and then made a big deal out of fixing it. Lame as store. Shitty customer service. Would not recommend.
Completely screwed up my order.
