They really need to stream line the online order pickup. Shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes to just pickup an order. Staff is friendly though.

Awesome little shop with a very nice selection. Prices are very fair and reasonable. What stands out most, however, is the super service. The patient/customer definitely comes first here. Very courteous and compassionate. Absolutely worth every mile of a very long drive.

Terrible system. Coming from California/Oregon/Colorado your shop left me scratching my head. There are so many examples of efficient shops that are able to funnel people in and out. I would have spent way more money at your location if it weren’t for the horrible system you guys operate under.

This was my 3rd time visiting but my 1st online order. I was and have been thrilled with every visit this far. Very friendly and acknowledgeable staff. I look forward to my future visits.

Ordered online with Leafly, very simple order and got the notification to pick it up TEN MINUTES LATER!!! WOW no wait no trouble. Online chat option, the entrance for pick up is in the front but you have to take the ramp all the way around starting at the back parking lot, that's the only confusing part but once you know, it's simple. I wasn't prepared to pick it up so fast. Literally if I had ordered and then drove down there, my order would have been ready by the time I got there. They were waiting on ME to arrive. This place just keeps getting better and better.

It was an amazing experience going my first time, Jack was super nice and provided great service. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Had drove up today initially thinking I'd be picking up my wife's order but was then told I can't do that. Fortunately after having her cancel her order and me placing my own online order, I was all set and headed home in my car within about 15-20 minutes! Awesome customer service on all ends.

They need to teach customers to “move it along” so people don’t need to wait 3 hours. There should be a time limit of how long you can spend in the back room deciding and making your purchase. But GREAT products and awesome employees!
