Every time I come to this shop I feel welcomed and have an amazing experience 😊

I had express ordered a strain I wanted so bad but when I got to the store, they had just sold out. The assistant manager made it completely right with me though. Gave me a free gram sample of some great bud for a penny!! He was professional and very courteous. Working I'm hospitality myself, how you make things right when things don't go perfect, is absolutely necessary and he topped my expectations. Thanks Higher Love and all the great employees they have there!

Higher Love Rocks

This is my fifth visit to Ironwood, four times using their preorder and pickup service. Everything has always gone smoothly. This particular time was no exception. The person who tool care of me was great and added a promotional item I was not aware of (order 09483), My only real criticism is that their facility is too small, but they are addressing this by building a larger facility right next door!

The store was very well organized. My bud tender was very knowledgeable and helpful in obtaining the products I was looking for.

I had a wonderful experience at Higher Love! I came in for curb side pick-up service and had a wonderful experience speaking to Maddie. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, experienced, and took the time to answer all of my questions! I chose several of the products Maddie suggested (they were 👌🏻) and was able to adjust my order on the spot. I felt like they take care of everyone at Higher Love! 💚

I always have a good experience with Ironwood Higher Love. Sometimes there is longer wait times if you shop inside, but the bud-tenders are awesome and patiently assist with questions. I have learned to place a pick up order and pick up goes very smoothly. Placed a pick up order late Friday night, I arrived at the store at opening (10am) and was out of there in 9 minutes. Five stars all around. :)

What a great addition to Ironwood! I've read a few reviews and I have to say that I disagree with a couple. The service is great! The staff is wonderful! Very kind, professional, very fun and very informed for us first time buyers. They carefully explain their products and are great at answering any questions. Today I used the on line order and pick up. It literally took less than 20 minutes. It comes as no surprise that they are busy! Be patient, appreciate the business and remember, if you can afford to shop you can afford a tip for these hardworking folks....

I was helped by a dude named Thomas working there. Absolutely fantastic employee. By far my best interaction with the employees there so far and he’s fast as hell too.

I did the online order for curbside pick up was notified that my order was ready when I arrived it took 20 + minutes for our bud tender to return with our order and I was told that they were out of half my order and I was not ofered a substitute I was told they were out of one product after I left I found out it was half my order . not happy at all
