Terrible system. Coming from California/Oregon/Colorado your shop left me scratching my head. There are so many examples of efficient shops that are able to funnel people in and out. I would have spent way more money at your location if it weren’t for the horrible system you guys operate under.

I always have a quick and easy stop when I come to Higher Love in Ironwood. The atmosphere is always great and the employees are amazing and friendly. I definitely love this place!

I was in Ironwood for the weekend and decided to swing by Higher Love. My bud tender, Zavi, was absolutely amazing. He made some really awesome recommendations, was very knowledgeable and super friendly. This is a cash or debit card only dispensery. When using your debit card their system treats the transaction as an ATM. So if you have a daily limit on your debit card and exceed it you won't be able to use it cuz the card will get declined saying you've gone over your daily limit. This happened to me and Zavi took out his wallet and covered the $2 that I was short. NOBODY does that these days. The next day I placed an order for curbside pick up, paid him back and left him a tip. Great service. If I'm ever in the area again I will absolutely be stopping here again. Thanks Zavi!

Goldkine Johnny Utah Buds was disappointment. The quality was okay and not what I expected for paying premium price. The smell is bit strange. I wouldn’t buy this again. A disappointment.

Had drove up today initially thinking I'd be picking up my wife's order but was then told I can't do that. Fortunately after having her cancel her order and me placing my own online order, I was all set and headed home in my car within about 15-20 minutes! Awesome customer service on all ends.

Pj was my budtender and let me just say that their customer service was TOP NOTCH. PJ was extremely attentive, knowledgeable about the products, PASSIONATE and beyond nice. They're the best! Rock star, manager material!! Thank you for being so awesome! All around good vibes.

They need to teach customers to “move it along” so people don’t need to wait 3 hours. There should be a time limit of how long you can spend in the back room deciding and making your purchase. But GREAT products and awesome employees!

I wish they would get their stuff together because I ordered yesterday and I picked up today and then they told me that one thing I ordered wasn't available but if my order was ready why wasn't it in the bag and why did I have to get something else. So they need to be better at pick up orders.
