terrible.. wont give prerolls out if online order.. horrible wait time. online orders move slower than the normal line wont come back. 3 bad experiences in a row. done worth herbal and vapen unless someone makes it right. which i doubt i will ever here from anyone on the subject

Horrible customer service. The lady in the front name Jacqueline had an attitude and threw my mmj card at me for Canceling my online order because of the wait.

I dunno...this spot is alright i guess but what is the point of online ordering when once you finally get called back to the weed counter they still have no idea what you're even getting. Whats the point of online service when youre still waiting with everyone else for almost an hours. If you order something online shouldn't it just be ready and waiting? Kind of annoying.

My first time coming I waited two hours because they made a mistake to add me in line and even after finding out about their mistake they still made me wait like 30 minutes longer. The second time they send a stupid ass text that my order is ready to go to the counter when it's not ready. You wait forever for things to run out. Never coming again. If you want to waste your time come here.

the only thing this place has going for them is the deals on carts. i went in today only to wait about an hour just to get my ONLINE order... i went in to check why other people who came in AFTER ME were leaving first. Only to hear the employee say that she fucked up and didn’t check me in. that’s unacceptable. The employee who supposedly checked me in was high as hell and couldn’t even manage to keep her eyes fully open. Not only that but as i was almost home, they screwed up my order and gave me less carts than i purchased. I had to drive all the fucking way back just to get my shit. i’ll i heard was a meaningless“sorry” from the employee. what a waste of time.

The first review was about wait times this one is about Meranda G and register 3! He service was HORRIBLE! I inquired about the wait times and she was beyond rude! This place has terrible service and wait times WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!

Fucking place sucks if your trying to go in and out real quick they put other people ahead of you cuz the bud tender knows them I won’t recommend to no one fuckin waiting for more then a hour what kind of shit is that customer service sucks as well

Well im not sure how to begin, cause usually when I go it rather an ok thing, nothing spectacular or anything but usually everyone pretty chill, but this last time i went it was not so pleasant and neither was the girl at the desk where you check in. With a atittude linked to the devil, it made my last visit horrible and im not sure if ill be returning. They always have good flower with reasonable prices. And i guess i would say im a regular there. There usually my "go to" spot. But im the type of person who expects friendliness helpful people when you work in a retail industry. Id much rather pay 5 or ten extra bucks and have happy helpful individuals help me with my medication.. idk maybe im a dinosaur, but i dont know who would want to spend their money with a company who gunna have an attitude w me.. no thnks.. i might return but probably not anytime soon

Unfortunately this will be the last time that I visited this location this is the fifth time they've shorted me a gram of concentrate in my bag and me not checking it like I should have when I left that place disappointed to the max and out $20.

Herbal wellness also you guys gotta do something better with online sometimes your in and out and other times you are out there waiting 30 to 40 mins I am a customer that goes there at least 3 times a week pls do better herbal and your trees pls don’t pack in bags no more it’s always so dry at least try and give us quality like the old days hopefully you guys do better and care more about customers and actually do deals on days that you guys can rack it up like 4/20 or 7/10 no deals like are y’all the only ones who don’t do deals or what 85 for 5 grams pls and we need hash rosin you guys got to give people what they want we want hash rosin and better for the vp and ceo Ik your reading this pls do better

The service and atmosphere has gone way done. 2 horrible experiences in one week. Today it was with checking in and the budtenders being extremely unprofessional and rude. Herbal wellness staff only about 4 have some sense and respect for patients the other half take the authority to far and are extremely unprofessional in your face. They have no fear of their consequences as a patient I am extremely appalled I just can’t believe herbal wellness staff at like that

herbal welness is deff my go to spot! they have flame flower and never dissapoint even the discounted strains!

I want to highlight my 3 favorite ladies at this dispensary...Candace, Laura and Destiny. The dispensary is great and the quality is amazing. However, these 3 beautiful ladies are the highlight of the experience. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and their vibes are calming and approachable. These ladies will help you with ANYTHING you need or any questions you may have. I leave in a better mood every time I deal with any of these ladies. The ENTIRE staff is great but these ladies are exceptional. Ask for them, they’ll get you what you need.

Purple Cadillac and Sour Banana Sherbet was fire! The atmosphere was incredible! Johnny, my budtender, made perfect recommendations! Presentation was on point! Did I say the atmosphere was amazing? Will travel the 20+ miles again for sure!

Best Meds In Town one of the best despensary on the Westside, hands down high quality flower. Tried the Moon Rocks as well, that was super duper.. I always go to HWC at least 3 Times a week. I will always come back!! Thanks HWC.

I will not go back to herbal wellness center ever again! If you don't like getting jacked then don't go here. So I wanted to pay cash for part of my order and the guy said something about the bank wanting $35 and my balance was $31so he gave me $4 dollars back. I checked my bank account later that day and they charged me $37! that's not all the guy also didn't tell me that there was a $2.50 atm fee. there was no atm in sight. also their prices do not included tax. I urge no one to ever go here.

I am a marijuana connoisseur. Living in Surprise gives me limited choices on the local dispensaries I can go to. I have to drive into Phoenix to get the best meds. That's an 1.5 hour round trip in traffic so you know I am going with the only place that provides the most potent indica's on a consistent basis. I hate getting home with meds of low quality or meds that don't provide the exact heavy high I am looking for to help ease my pain. Herbal Wellness Center Inc. has by far the #1 MMJ in Arizona. Exotic, properly cured and sticky is just the way I like it.

I have nothing bad to say. Good staff. The best meds are overpriced but worth it if within your means/budget. Nice patient rewards program and contests on regular basis. I recommend anybody stop in because they're a leader as far as AZDHS officially licensed dispensaries go. Keep it up. And after visit review for free pre roll. One love. -Nikos

Great place, friendly staff, and lots to choose from! Don't be afraid to ask lots of questions, these guys seem to know their stuff!! If you need something for insomnia, try Martian OG. Those guys were right, it really does the trick! ;-) The people are helpful and nice, my only concern lies with atmosphere. Everything seemed like it was on display and I didn't want to touch anything. A furry rug, or a hanging blanket would soften the dispensing area up, and a pebble fountain with some natural herbs growing in the lobby would set this place at the top of herbal healing in the valley. Top it off with some soothing, tranquil music and this will be comfortable place to obtain my medication. Keep up the great work guys! I will be back soon!!
