I have been loyal to HWC for years but just had my worst experience in a dispensary yet...I dont think I will be using their products or shopping there again. wow

Long waits Get skipped in line

Slowest service ever. Over 2 hour wait

With everyone's card being electronic, an option to upload your card is needed. Had my order cancelled twice due to their inefficiency. Bye Felcia

Look I get that everyone is "encouraged to order online" but I've been waiting for 4 and a half hours so far and haven't even seen that my order is being looked at.. So much for social distancing at the actual dispo because there's probably at least 50 people still there waiting

When you have 45 people waiting at noon, there might be an issue. If only they had another building to add additional budtenders to, oh crap, they do. Instead you can wait to find a parking space and wait hours. Whoever manages this place, failed grade school, and is too stoned to be in charge

Quality has gone down so bad not sure what’s happening to this dispo but I’m DONE here ...bad service , long wait , quality not what is used to be .

Sucks you can’t do reviews for pre rolls. Once rec became a thing all perks for us stopped

be prepared to wait an hour or longer for an Express order because they are understaffed with 3 or4 budtenders walking back and forth just a heads up

I pre-ordered, got a pickup text, got to the location, checked in was told 1 other person was ahead of me. waited almost 30 mins to find out they have lost my place in line and was told , oh you have 2 ppl ahead of me now. It's always a like this when I attempt to order from this location only. I've drove from Laveen to the North location before and never received this kind of service.

I'm not sure if they're just playing with people. but I put an order in 1 min after they opened and it said they were already out of that deal. There is no way everyone bought all the oz deals 1 min after opening. I feel like these jerks just put the good deals to the side for their frenz or some crap like that. this is the 3rd times it's happened too 👎

Some people have chronic conditions they can’t stand for long periods of time especially in this heat all while the rec patients get to sit and wait in the nice a.c.

If you want to waste your time, this is the best place to come. Each time even though you order pick up expect a 40+ minutes wait

This may be my last time coming here. How do y'all change the price and then blame Leafly because it was higher in THC. I came there with an expected amount to spend and instead I got charged more vs ummm no I ordered something for $20 not $25. So honour y'all mess up or y'all trying to get people to buy weed that's more expensive and lying to people. I'm disappointed

Flower quality sucks..Free gram is no good. How can this even be considered medical grade cannabis.The location meets its Flower Quality..

Awesome place! The top shelf nugs were beautiful, the rest (mid shelf?) was also pretty incredible looking. Prices are a little steep for the better strains but they are legit. Forgot my coupon but the guy comped me anyway, that's some pretty good service. The selection was also huge. Only downside to this place is the location, not very close to me. Otherwise it's awesome.

Went here the other day to see what they were all about and ended up being very impressed. Staff was super friendly and helpful, Long really knows his stuff. Even the security guard was friendly. I only got a Pre-roll and the free gram but I was blown away by the quality of both. Pre-roll was excellent and the gram was surprisingly potent for a first time gift. I Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again soon.

worst dispensary when it comes to medical patients. The door man let three recreational patients to one medical.

This is the best place for Flower and wax plus is has the best customer service around with wonderful people like Tina!!! You can't beat the deals here either!!

You’re online ordering is a joke. I place it and it still ain’t ready 3 hours later ? If you guys know your busy Wednesday then you guys should be more prepared. I came in and waited 2 hours for an order that was supposed to be placed online.
