Everytime I go in I am greeted with a smile by the security guard which makes me automatically feel safe and secure. The meds there are always top notch! Though it is a bit, expensive I say it is worth every penny!

Awful! They set up on line ordering that doesn’t work and when you call to inform them it doesn’t work they so sweetly say come on down and we’ll still get the order bc that’s been happening all day and it still comes through. I drive 45 minutes out of my way home from work to get my ‘oh come on by it will still be ready order’ that was non existent when I arrived. I show the email and repeat our conversation and they have the nerve to say we didn’t get it so you’ll have to wait in line. It’s only about another 30-45 minutes! Fuck you people for fucking people over! Then I get to the window and they say ‘have you ever used this card here before’? Wtf, ya only for the past year and my other card before that for a year here. Never again will I though because that’s a shit show!

I used to LOVE herbal wellness center. They had the best prices on good bud. Now that they lowered the member discount I won't be coming back. I thought this was the one dispensary that had it figured out. Guess not.

I waited an hour to get inside for a deal that was going on for them to tell my hat they were out of all the wax for that deal and that I would have to pay full price for different wax! Fuck this place and your wait, you guys are over prices and need a better system!

At first glance this dispensary seems like it is full of bells and whistles, which it is! These people truly care about each patient not only individually but as an entire community. Recently I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma that is refusing to gain remission. Once the management was aware of my situation I was brought in and I personally met with an Outreach coordinator and general manager name Scott. I was in tears at the amount of professionalism and care as well as the courtesy that went into this meeting, they provided me with a care package not only once but twice now and they have taken amazing care of me. I am fighting a battle that is the hardest thing I've ever done in my life, I can't pick up a rifle and respond I can't wait for a battle buddy to get my back. All I do is wait for a better day and a brighter tomorrow, people like these here really understand what it is to struggle and how it can make a huge difference to help bear the burden even just a little. I receive hugs every time I come to this dispensary, and I give hugs back. I will forever be grateful to the owners and their wonderful team that runs their locations. As a representative of patients here in Arizona such as myself, an activist, and a fighter, I well always support and recommend Herbal Wellness Center AZ the number one dispensary and go to facility for any and all patients and persons who really need passionate, honest, safe access, and healthy care. I can't even walk into another dispensary anymore knowing the people will never compare to the staff here and management of Herbal Wellness Center. Thank you Scott, James, and the entire crew. Without people like you I wouldn't be able to fight this battle so forwardly, thank you for giving me that extra push and breath each day. As I take these steps and pray for remission or recovery I know that anytime I need them I can come to this dispensary or give them a call and they will be there for me. To feel this amount of support from any facility, persons, or entities it really takes my breath away.

Once my new patient stuff is done I cannot see myself coming back here. There simply isn’t enough time. You won’t get out of here in under an hour. They always seem to have about 20 employees just wandering around while maybe 3 of them actually work. There’s slow and then there’s Herbal Wellness slow. Unless you have a FULL day to spend here don’t bother.

The hold times are becoming longer and long it’s really no point in online ordering best to just walk in you’ll be seen faster

Took me an hour to get an online order and when I expressed my feelings to the bud tender he laughed at me and said just came at a bad time. Everything I go here I wait 30+ minutes and I always order online. I will never be spending my money here again. This is not the only dispensary in town. I usually go to ones smaller then this location who are just as busy. They get everyone through in a reasonable amount of time. Bud tender was rude and service was extremely slow. Should've taken me 30 MAX and took me over an hour. Ridiculous the way the bud tenders acted when I talked to them. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. there is better weed at other dispensaries.

What happened to the flower, it’s gone downhill. Where’s the 818 and king Louie and the other same strains. Very few strains test over 17 or 18 percent unlike months ago. That’s why I haven’t been there in a while. Was a weekly visit if not two.

Been going here for years, customer service went down, bud quality seems to be going the same way. About to go pick up some bud, let's see how long the wait is 😮‍💨

I did an online order was ima be out. My girl forgot and walked in well said was about 15-20 min wait we were okay with that! So I go in and get my product and wait outside with my girl. Well they didn’t call her!! After waiting 30-40 minutes we went inside and asked what’s going on. They replied she is next up. Well 25 minutes go by and still nothing. We go in again to ask be put off list bcuz this was ridiculous. Lady up front was very polite. Apologize and everything. Said she was next for real budtender came not even 5 min later. Lady at front was very nice! Budtender had an attitude was very rude! And then called security told her to leave after I left to go cool off the car!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL! Never will put my business here and everyone I talk to will know not to come here! Totally unacceptable

Flower Trash MILDEW!! On top of that there worker big Indian guy with colored hair that looked super stoned took over a Ounce of my allotment away and it's nothing that could be done until Monday what a inconvenience very unprofessional! I need my Shit back ASAP

I thought I had reviewed you guys already, but I guess not. Nice looking dispensary, but what awful, stemmy, impotent flowers. Your self-dubbed "sativa snob" medtender (didn't get his name, but he's tattooed and either had a real bad day or is a huge dick) was certainly snobby, but that Green Crack he suggested was weak. I have enough problems without catching weird attitude from a patient assistant, so I haven't bothered to come back. Everyone else I that I spoke with there was very polite and helpful, so I guess it all depends on who you get.

My bud tender was out of it today. Like lethargic looking. He kicked the door to open it when we went to the back. Nobody ever offers me to use my points or punch my card and the $130 ounce deal is unacceptable. This flower feels like paper. It’s dry and probably the most air quality flower I’ve ever got from here.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Its always an in and out process not a long wait. The option in different strains is always good. Would recommend and have recommended to fellow card holders. Will continue to purchase my meds here.

Great flower, but some hassle policies. They canceled my online order after confirming it was ready because they did not have a copy of my renewal card. Text said I need to email them a copy, which I had already done a week prior. I emailed it 2nd time, and still no response. With no walk ins and no ability to online order, I can't even shop here. Figured that was some kind of state reg, because it is a dumb policy. Meanwhile, the other dispensary I go to told me on the phone that they would not cancel my order if I made an online order, and that they would just scan my new card when I came in. When I told her what happened at the other dispensary, she just casually said, "no, we use common sense here." I'll go back to HWC occasionally for good deals. Their flower is good. But jeez, you guys could make some things a little less problematic.

I’m not kidding when I say the line was long I watched the whole “Superbad” Movie in line then still waited another 25 min I finally got into the store where I then had to wait another 20 min to get a bud tender to speak to me my plans for the day got very ruined after my experience at herbal wellness and the 25-30$ I saved on their prices did not add up to my time I wasted in line only for people with to much time on their hands

What the fuck happen to you guys haha🤣🤣🤣! Today was a wonderful representation of how down hill you’ve gone! That situation that happened today with the accident 💥was handled in the poorest way possible. Wth is 🐍management even doing. I’m just waiting in line as a Med patient getting a front row seat of the new cinematic picture “The big “oopsie” that happened on 04-05-21. Luckily I had about a hour and a half of a waiting Inline to see the whole show! Would definitely recommend! Loll I feel so bad for the security that works here. With this place it’s kind of rock bottom. Goood deals though 💚

Usually I have a Great experience here. I love the quality and the staff. But recently I had a question about their loyalty card punch system and Mark T. my budtender (whom has helped me before with no issue) became upset and rude with me. I have literally spent thousands of dollars here and he wanted to sweat me on a stupid punch for my loyalty card!!!! I drive out of my way to come here. The manager was called over and punched my card. The situatuon however does not make me want to come back.
