Sometimes you got to wait a little bit,but it's not the dispensary's or staffs fault........ Supply and demand and great service! I don't go anywhere else! I love this place!!!

DBO and billy are amazing budtenders. They really make this place shine! DBO was my budtender today, and he’s a genuine soul witn positive energy. You can’t beat that vibe in a world of fast paced misery sometimes. I enjoy his friendly bud tending everytime I come in. And Billy, is the coolest veteran budtender you’ll find around. I love these guys here. Keep up the great work herbal. Yes, sometimes the wait is long but they have the best deals in town and are number 1 in US according to manager Eddie. So that’s why you wait so long. Plus there’s a staffing shortage right now. But rest assured, the medicine will be awaiting for you.

Steve P. went above an beyond for me. I explained an issue I had at another dispensary in town that I was a regular customer at. Steve was helpful, funny, patient, and made me feel welcome. So many dispensaries have lost touch with that fact that some of us are legit patients, and we shouldn’t be rushed when making our purchases. Steve made sure that all my questions were answered, and even offered to show me the other deals that I may have missed. This location is quite a drive if you don’t live in Deer Valley, but well worth it if you want satisfactory customer service!

The bud tenders are chill asf and always got great recommendations! And the quality of their flower is awesome!

Love their online order system. They’re one of the few who actually treats you like you ordered ahead. A lot group you in with walk-ins. Friendly staff. Good prices. Just wish they were closer to me

Be careful on ordering. You have to make sure you put everything you want all on one order. This is the third time that I've had to pickup only part of my order. I had put in a second order because I decided I wanted another couple items that I was debating on getting. When I went to pick up, they didn't have the second order with my first order. Even though my second order said it was ready to pick up aswell. So, the budtender had said she can have me get taken care of with it in the back. I waited 10 minutes in there thinking I was going to be taken back once the next available budtender was ready. Then she says I'd have to go check in as a walk in at the cafe part. If the second order says it's ready, it should be placed with the first order in the online order basket.

This is a great dispensary but the bud tenders should really not complain about the size of an order and slow down to make sure the order is fulfilled

Quality is nice to excellent on flower, though most times I end up with quarters (split two eigths) full of itty bitty buds. Maybe they just think I'm ugly or something. Crowds develop here. Vapen products are the truth.
