There is no difference in pre ordering, the wait is the same. one-hour waiting , extremely long wait, make sure to find a good spot to sit!!!!!

First, don't be thrown off by the outside appearance. Go inside, take a chance it is SO way cool! The waiting room was nice with chairs & table's Tv's, display cabinets. Then, they take you next door to a tiny area, but there is a security guard so that's what kept me from leaving. Then, I was taken through 'Heavens door'. Any anxiousness I had been feeling was gone. The budtender was VERY informed on things like what helped for what & what. He even had a few suggestions on things. He really wanted ME to be happy & find the relief I was looking for. It's for that reason alone I'll be going back soon. And the gift bag for first timers & deals might have something to do with going back, but mostly they made it easy & least expensive to finally get the relief I was after. So, if you're not sure what you need, stop by here cause they will know indeed! Thanks for the help guys!

I started going here because it's close. Then I started asking myself why I haven't been going here all along. The staff is very knowledgeable, respectful and when you leave, they make sure that you have everything you need. Shout out to Billy and and Daniel.

Well I used to frequent this place often, haven't been in a while and the new discount system is pretty much a slap in the face to patients who remember how it used to be. Now its basically just 15% since they will label everything premium shelf even when its not just to avoid the bigger discount. Not a bad business model but don't say its about improving for patients when its clearly not. Be straight up you'll get more respect for it. Also if you want to charge top notch prices, step up the wax game. Get a solid line of nug run only waxes. that mixture crap is for people who just want to get high. And since you guys claim to be all about "connoisseurs" Bring the connoisseur grade meds, not meds that maximize profit over quality. Peace.

The prices hikes have been really, really disappointing. That's why I left my other shop but now the prices are higher here, even with the membership. I guess somebody has to pay for the expansion/ new dispensaries. It's so sad because I loved this place and the communal vibe that it use to have.😭

hate this place - combined both the medical and recreational lines together, wait time is terrible, checking in is super confusing. Never coming back

Sierra Kelly is my favorite bud tender. She is kind, always looks out for my best interest, and helps me over come my anxiety. She's very accommodating, and intelligent. I always ask for her

Meranda G is such a horrible and rude individual, I don’t know how you guys allow such trash to work there. She is downright bad for your company with how she treats customers and how she feels like a know it all. Please get rid of her or you will continue to go down. Will be looking into how to report her more to whomever is higher up.

I am a medical customer and I was informed that Vapen 100mg & 500mg chocolate bars are being discontinued. I drive a long way to get Vapen products that are the only product I've tried that actually relieves pain. It seems that medical patients are being tossed to the side. I need higher doses for edibles that I can actually afford. The Revibe brand is expensive, no 500mg options & it's not worth my time or money. I spend a lot of money at HWC west but time to look around for new dispensaries and products. What a shame. And I'm an amazing tipper.

I was a loyal customer to HWC, but my visit in last week will be my last. Your system crashed and no one informed anyone. After the 40 min wait people started to go back and a guy who came in way after I did, went it first because he was a VIP and he "just sells the extra weed to his friends at work" . This place seems to only cater to big time buyers like that. Want to try a gram? Forget about it they won't sell it to you. Want to buy some shatter or wax?Forget it, they are probably out. If you guys didn't have T.H.A making your concentrates you'd be out of business. Shame, shame.
